I called Premier Computer Repair to ask about having my PC assessed and repaired based on an overheating and shut down issue. The first thing he said was, «Let me give you some free advice.» Who does that?!? He may not have made money from me today, but he earned a loyal customer. Thank you truly for your integrity.

Nigel helped me build my computer, he answered my questions thoroughly, told me everything he was doing and it was a great learning experience! I would recommend him to anyone, you’ll more than learn a few things.

This was the third company I called for computer repair. Wish I had called them first! The first company never called me back at all and the second said they’d be able to get to me in two weeks and now it’s been six weeks and I never heard back from them.
Nigel actually answered the phone when I called! He came out the next day and pick up my computer. I told him there was no rush to fix it, since I’d already been without it for several weeks. But he had it back to me in less than a week. Nigel answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel like an idiot (I’m not a computer/​tech person at all!).
I felt his prices were fair and reasonable. Call him if you need computer repair!

We called this company for an estimate regarding some of our desktops and laptops for our financing company versus using Geek squad and they ended up saving us near $ 300. They are honest, quick and they FIX the problem. Definitely try them out if you have a need and stop by their new location.
