Would have given him 5 stars for the caring, wonderful service in the past, a few years ago. Giving him 3 stars since we went out of our way to make an appointment with him after being referred from a PCP, which took our time. The day before the appointment Dr. Gross calls at 6:45am, waking us up and tells us about a refusal to see patient. This was highly inconsiderate of him since the appointment was made 2 weeks previous to his phone call. We set aside time for the appointment only to have him call the day before and tell us that he will not see patient for work that he agreed to do 3 years ago. was not nice or sensitive about it either(yes at 6:45am)… was rather cold, calculated and insensitive on the phone, really destroying our good image we had of him from a few years ago. PErhaps Dr. Gross was always a wonderful doctor. Maybe these days(2014) since he says he is close to retiring and dwindling down on his patients, he is no longer the doctor for you. Not recommended for anyone as he is aging and ready to retire.
