Scheduled an appointment with Dr. Yu upon a friend’s recommendation. Best doctor’s referral that I have received in a long time. Made an appointment easily, was seen on time, which is almost unheard of, and Dr. Yu was informative, attentive and did not rush through the appointment. She deftly and carefully performed a procedure as she explained the process and did not make me feel rushed or uncomfortable as I asked questions. I definitely recommend her, without reservation.

After a cross country flight to New York, I developed swimmer’s ear which was brutal. Dr. Yu took my request for an appointment right away and was gracious, efficient and accommodating. Within a few days I was as good as new. She’s an awesome ENT!
