Poorly maintained rest area in need of many more frequent cleanings. The only NY stop from the top of the Garden State Parkway across Westchester County on I287and north on I 684 to Putnam County. While mostly a commuter route, it is frequented by those of us from points south and heading to New England. Will have to hold it until we get to Connecticut.
