I used Horizon Travel to book an Alaskan Cruise with my wife and inlaws. We had an appointment for a Monday morning with one of the agents but she was out of the office (and didn’t recall that our appointment was on that day). Fortunately Ulrika Gates (another agent) was on hand to take care of all of our needs. She sat with us for a little over an hour and went over everything. She booked our cruise, our flights and a Seattle hotel for our one night stay in the city. I’ve only used a travel agent twice before and I have to say, it’s completely worth the effort to have an expert at the helm of your trip planning.
Ulrika (Rika) was fantastic. I would highly recommend her for your travel needs.
