Depending on which direction you look, this can be beautiful or can be ugly. The new houses that were put in on the East side look like they lacked some permits when going in, but hopefully they will put in some native vegetation to compensate. It has a neat little beach and the locals do use it for manual boating(no power boats). Bonfires at the beach and lots of wildlife. Osprey and eagles on occasion. Nice place to visit.
