ABC Sun Control

They recently did 17 panes of windows which included four different types of window films. Their attention to detail was great and we are very happy with the end result. We had the Huper Optik Ceramic 45 installed in our living room to block out the sun while maintaining the view and had some Llumar privacy films installed to block out our neighbor. My wife knocked off one star because of their dirty towels but I would have given them five stars for a guy.

Great company, always easy to contact and get my questions answered. They were super careful around my house-​left no mess, they wore foot booties and used drop cloths. Prices were reasonable and installs were quick, and professionally done!

I contracted the company to buff out graffiti scratches and install a an anti-​graffiti film on my storefront windows. They bid the job at $ 1,300. They arrived and immediately broke a 5’X7’ pane of glass while buffing a patched hole caused by a bb gun. I instructed them to discontinue buffing and proceed directly with installing the film. The total cost was $ 700, but now I’m stuck with the cost of replacing the window. I can’t help feel an experienced sales man or technician would have known this was likely to happen and taken precautions, or explained the risk related with the bb hole and recommended not buffing that pane. All in all, I’m highly disappointed, feel I was used to make a quick dollar, and that the company does not have it’s client’s best interests at heart.
I’m sure they have completed other jobs flawlessly, but my experience was very poor.
