Had a contractor come out for an estimate to remodel 2 bathrooms. He had a great plan for both. That was 6 mos ago. Never heard back from him again. No estimate, no declining the job. Nothing. Guess they don’t need the work.

Tacoma, WA
Called and set up an appt to get an estimate on remodeling/​expanding my kitchen. The estimator was late and spent most of my appt on the phone with his crew. Didn’t take measurements and said he’d be back in 3 days to measure everything and do some sketches. It’s been 2 weeks and never heard from him. If you don’t want a job because it just isn’t good enough, have the courtesy to decline it. I think we dodged a bullet. If you’re this unreliable before you’re hired, you must be a nightmare to deal with after.
