I agree with the other comment. Customer service is a joke. Ask questions only if you want to be met with blank stares and stupid answers. However they are the only pool supply store close by.

Shopping for hot tubs and visited here for some fact finding and possibly some deal making.
Our salesman Eric Pope, was outstanding! He knew his product lines features and benefits. He was upfront, courteous, and very patient with our plethora of questions. He worked hard to make a sale that day — but none of the strong arm «what will it take for you two drive home…»
I like this guy. I like this place.
I bet we buy something from Eric soon.
Nice showroom of inventory of spas and fireplaces too.
