Brought my watch in for new batteries. They broke the watch and still charged me. I won’t be coming back.

These folks are great! They worked with me to get a new battery for a samsung galaxy tab then installed it in 15 minutes. The store didn’t have the battery in stock so instead of waiting they called the adjacent stores to find the correct battery, then I went and got the replacement. A good experience all around.

Called to check stock on iphone battery. I was quoted a price for just the battery and told it came with a 6 month warranty.
I drove ten miles to pick it up and, when I got to the store they told me there is no warranty unless they install it. I told them I am have been an electronics tech for forty years, but they just want to charge the extra $ 30 for a five minute install. I trust myself to do the job more than I trust them. They were VERY HARD SELL!
I said no thanks. They are dishonest and rude. I will not buy from them again!

Conveniently offers online ordering for in store pick up. Received excellent customer service when I went in to pick up my order. Also found out they do iPhone screen repairs for a little less than I’ve been previously quoted at other places.

Dropped off a battery to be built. Ordered the batteries and they put a yellow sticky with my name and number on it and did not call me back. I called two different times throughout the next week. Finally came in to pick it up and build the pack myself the next weekend and they built it in a few hours. Don’t expect great customer service or follow ups. The process seems bad maybe the yellow sticky got lost!

Not much else to write about, it’s a store that sells batteries and they have a huge selection! The staff were on par with customer service, no complaints.
