First, it was hard to find this Big 5 since the address in Unilocal was incorrect. I’ve sent in a note to get that updated. Once I found it with the help of Google, I ventured in. It’s located across the street from the South Hill mall.
I came in looking for boot socks. Thought they would have them since they advertise for the outdoors, hunting and apparel that goes with those areas. They didn’t have any.
I haven’t been to a Big 5 before and it’s not really my kind of store. I am not an outdoors type of person. :) I didn’t spend a lot of time there, went straight in and out and none of the employees approached me. I saw a lot of inventory and the place was in good shape.

Maybe they should update their address. People have things to get done and looking around for the store isn’t one of them.

Federal Way, WA
Itty, bitty Big 5. Store was way to crowded with overpriced items. Took forever to find someone to help me. The 1st person who helped me told me they didn’t carry the item (well it was in your sale flyer this week…). The 2nd person was actually really nice and helpful and when he went back to find the boots — found out they were sold out in the size I needed. I’ll stick with the Federal Way store.
