This is the absolute most amazing and affordable computer shop around! Not only is the customer service above and beyond the rest, the reliability, dependability, and expediency far surpasses any of its competitors! Ted, the owner, is a down to earth businessman who works hard and aims to make his customers priority one!

I have used Computer Connection on two occasions for my Desktop computer needs (2 different computers) and I have to say they are the BEST! Much cheaper than taking my device to Geek Squad at Best Buy!!! I believe that for the work that I’ve gotten done, that I’ve saved maybe in the area of $ 700.00 respectively.
On the most recent service call, I was receiving constant Blue Screen of Death for almost 6 months (I was too lazy to part with the computer so I dealt with it), until one morning, I just had a black screen with the cursor! No matter how many times I rebooted, same output!
I took it to CC and within 48 hours, I had my computer back as GOOD AS NEW!!! Turned out it was an OS issue rather than hardware issue THANK GOD!!!
I highly recommend this Store for your computer needs! They also give a military discount! It’s a win-​win!!!

This place is my only go-​to for PC repair. They do a great job, their prices are fair, and above all they are TRUSTWORTHY. The last time I brought my computer in, we couldn’t get it to power on-​at all. It turns out that the battery was somehow disconnected. They reconnected it, and the bill? No charge! I would have expected at least $ 25.00 for their time. These are good folks, and I recommend them highly.

The turnaround times can be lengthy as the negative review had described, but in all fairness recurring issues happen and new problems arise. I have taken 3 computers to them and have bought a custom desktop. They have always given me a fair price and I’ve never heard of a shop that does free diagnostics. Very cool.

There are many things that fall out of the control of service places such as this one, such as malfunctioning parts, odd computer glitches, incompatibility issues and the like. Few places will go out of their way to do everything in their power to help you as this business will. The gentleman I worked with not only had deep knowledge as far as computer hardware is concerned, he on the spot opened up my computer, swapped out the motherboard, swapped in a new one and hooked up my graphics card no questions asked (I paid of course, what I mean to say is he had no problem doing it on the spot, I was no hassle to him). I was blown away, and very kind man too. One of the Unilocalers here decided to give this store 1 star for what seems to be possibly an issue out of this business’s control (I think the Unilocalers need a Unilocal sometimes).
Skip geek squad! Skip the friend that kind of knows what hes doing! Bring ye your business here!

This is the only place I take my computers for repair. They don’t up sell, and they’re personable. The techs don’t speak over your head and their diagnosis’ are easy to comprehend. I’ve never felt that I was treated unfairly or found a better price for the services they’ve provided for me thus far.
