Crossroads at Meridian

So, when I last posted, I posted about how I was concerned with an unauthorized enterence that may have been made by the manager into my apartment. And since, I have had a one on one confrontation with the manager, who swears up and down that she did not enter and made it passively clear that spreading accusations about her would be a bad idea for my rental history, so what I’d like to say now is that I am not intending to make accusations.
With that said, I am creating a review based on an experience that I feel that I had regarding the apartments, here, in my OPINION. As I recall seeing, on my down to my apartment door, I ran into the manager as she was exiting my apartment. She swears that my eyes are playing tricks on me, and if they were than God help me, but I can’t help what I saw; So, as a critic, I am knocking a star down from the original 5, due to the vibes that I feel come from living in such proximity from the manager, which was something that I was not previously [to signing the lease] informed that I’d be dealing with. My reasons behind this are mainly because I feel that I am being watched by a hawk, and because I am being specifically picked on by every little thing that I do, even when those things are a natural, And non-​bothersome part of day to day life. And no one should feel like they are being constantly watched and picked on for living in their own way as long as it is reasonable, in their own domicile.
So, if I dock one star for that circumstance (bundling that with poor maintenence staff and untimeliness) that would leave this place with a four star rating…
However, when we moved in we had fleas, despite having no pets and no prior fleas and no new furniture. Dock a star for that and bundle it with the risk of flooding in the bottom floors and there you have it.
A 3 star rating!
Extra good points for a quiet and safe neighborhood, having some nice amenities, and being in a nice location full of scenery and nature!
I am more than fair as a critic, I’d say.

The Crossroads at Meridian is staffed by misleading individuals. They changed the price of the deposit multiple times without reason to do so. The manager Joyce is extremely rigid. She and her team have rude and offencive demeanors that will make you feel like the scum of the earth. If I were you, I would drive up Meridian a few miles to find apartment managers who know how to smile, and will welcome you to their communities for the same price with a lot nicer units.

Have lived here for about 10 months and love it! I am lucky enough to have a top floor apartment and a great view of the river. Very quiet complex!

Very poor communication and deceitful. My wife and I have had an absolute nightmare trying to work with them.
When we moved in we were told that our appliances were all brand new. Not needed for us but it was cool. We walked in for the first time to a dented up fridge.
Bottom line is I would not recommend this place just due to the management. The location is fine and we have a nice view.
