Discount Direct

I have been shopping with Discount Direct for several months now, I love going in to the stores and checking out all the great deals they have. Whether you are looking for a mattress, sectional or even some dishes they have whatever you need. There is a friendly face at each of the stores. I have been to four out of five of the stores and have always been greeted with a friendly face. Thank you discount direct for having such outstanding and happy employees.

The Lakewood location is horrible. My shipment was late and no one bothered to check on it. Everyone I called they said they would check and call me back but never got back to me. I would have to drive 30min (one way) just to get a damn answer.
The second time I drove down here I was told that the manufacturer stopped making the stools. I was so pissed off. The managed to scrounged 2 of them up from out their a**es I guess and actually called me to come pick them up.
I’m here picking them up and I have to assemble them when I get home. Than the manager had the nerve to try to rush me out of the store.
Never again shall I return to this location or any other locations for direct discount (everything is expensive btw). I’m telling all my friends not to come here as well. 6 thumbs down

If the store hours 10 – 7 I would expect it to be open at 10! Came here multiple times in the morning and it’s closed past 10 am, it didn’t open until10:30am what kind of business is this?

This is discounted? Perhaps I need to get out more.
It’s like visiting an air conditioned garage sale.
Check those expiration dates on the food and candy. Great prices if you don’t mind it all expired in 2014 or is about to expire in the next week.

They have food, clothing, furniture, and more. I always find some good deals, especially in food. Staff is helpful.

If the store doesn’t close until 7 why aren’t you allowed to go in at 650 to grab the one thing you need and you know exactly where in the store it is.

Shopped several times at the other two locations, so decided that a drive to P-​Town would be in order. This could be the smallest of the 3 stores and the prices here were more inflated than I have seen! Come on, you sell Costco salvage. So why the hell are you charging twice the price on items that Costco has in stock. I honestly has to check the sign on exit, because this place, lacked the service, pricing and inventory of the other two locations.
If you want to try this store, keep driving. The Southcenter location is your best chance to get a deal on close out stock.
