Divine Cleaning Company

I used to live in Buckley, WA. I had a two bedroom apartment & worked 40+ hours a week so needless to say, the last thing I wanted to do was clean! Lol I met the owner of Divine Cleaning Co., Kristin, at a Starbucks one day & we chatted for a few minutes idly. When I found out she ran her own cleaning business I was too excited!
I started using her once every two weeks to clean my apartment. She was always on time, very professional, friendly, and through. My place was always spotless when she was done with it & she was reasonably priced! I highly recommend her services whether it’s for your home or business.
I’m not sure what exactly happened with the previous reviewer but I know it MUST have been a misunderstanding because Kristin is great. I’ve had experience with Groupon Customers in my business & lets just say… they’re difficult.
My only regret about moving to Las Vegas is that Kristin can’t come & clean for me here! She’s such a hard worker & so dedicated & she started this business herself as a means to support herself & her 3 kids. She truly is a wonderful person & a great businesswoman!

I purchased a Groupon for Divine Cleaning, I have tried for 2 weeks to get in touch with Kristen the owner to set up my appointment. I couldn’t get a hold of her, left voice-​mails and today, after 2 weeks of trying to contact this business, Kristen sent me a 5 page TEXT message telling me that she is TOO BUSY to honor my purchase and that I NEED TO CONTACT GROUPON FOR A REFUND!!!
Say what!!!
Kristen as a business owner handled this situation very unprofessionally! She should contact groupon to give those of us who made this purchase a refund, because I am certain that I am not the only one.
Needless to say, I give this 0 stars for poor customer service.
