Used a Groupon, and I have to say this will be the only place I’ll be getting waxed while I’m here in the area!!! Staff are professional, and very nice. I never felt uncomfortable during my appointment. Never had a «hard wax» wax before, and have to say it was a much better experience than with the strip :) can’t wait for my next appointment!

I Googled this wonderful business and immediately I was treated nicely and Diana gave me a lot of wanted information. I immediately made an appointment to beautify myself I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I found Essential Esthetics on Groupon and purchased a couple of facial deals — one for me and one for the hubby. I’ve had two microdermabrasion facial treatments from Diana so far and I can truly say that I love her! She’s very professional and personable. Makes me feel at home each time I visit her studio. Her treatments are customized — my skin is on the more sensitive side so she does manual extractions for me. The value of her services goes way beyond the price. The products she uses are natural and smell amazing. I don’t see myself going to anyone else for my skincare needs… hoping I can see her at least once every season. My hubby loves his tea tree facial cleanser; he uses it each night. Definitely has improved his acne issue. Need to convince him to come on back and get another treatment. Diana is super gentle and meticulous. It’s evident she takes great price in her work and business. I always walk out of the studio feeling relaxed and so clean clean.

I saw Diana back in April after a Groupon deal for a microdermabrasion and facial. I liked her immediately even during the phone consultation, as she really spoke about ethical practices in the field. I found that very refreshing. The facial was wonderful and she was extremely informative about what she was doing and the products she was using. She never once tried to sell me on the products but I was so impressed I purchased some, and am still using them. I will be returning to her soon.

I came here because of a groupon deal, and I am certainly happy I did! Diana (sorry if I spelled that wrong) is very charming and gracious. She was also incredibly patient with me, as I was a first timer and quite nervous. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

This was my first trip in and my first time ever getting this type of service.(Its like your first time at the OBGYN with a new doctor…) Diana was by far the highest quality of bed side manner I have EVER had from like… anywhere. Getting a Brazilian at any age, from anyone, anywhere is SUPER personal, scary and embarassing, I honestly never imagined feeling so much relief from the moment I met her. She was very very polite, professional, educated and respectful. Although the pain level wasnt all butterflies and rainbows, i certainly didn’t expext it to be and the way she talked me through what was happening made me feel much more at ease. I cannot believe how low her price was for what she did… (I cant imagine enough money to get me to do that for a living…) She made a few jokes to make me comfortable and was also very thorough with her work with explanation and technique. I work at a business locally that knows how important customer reviews are to our business and I hope this one brings her more business because she certainlt deserves it. FYI she has a card swiper for her phone so make sure you bring a hefty cash tip (i didnt know at the time i arrived so brought her back a tip and left it on her desk for her afterwards). I have no doubt I will be back in to see her and I dont plan on going anywhere else in the future. Thanks Dear!

Got a groupon for 3 waxes and I will continue to go here for my Brazilian.
She knows what she’s doing and wants you to feel beautiful. Fast and efficient she will get the job done with as little pain as possible.

So glad I found this place! I’ve had many brazilians with different kinds of waxes and techniques. Not only was I given the usual after-​care instructions, but the reasons behind them were explained. The owner is a master esthetician and educated me on what was being done and why, and even about the different types of hair. The waxing room was very tidy and the single-​dip procedure was used. Her prices are unbeatable and I will absolutely return.

I came to Dianna here at Essential Esthetics all because of a Livingsocial offer! Well best offer I have purchased from any of those discount coupon sites! From making my appointment to meeting Dianna in person I knew I could trust her with what I need to get done with professionalism and TLC since it was my first time getting this kind of service done. She was amazing in coaching me through it and I survived! I haven’t stopped seeing her, especially since she recommends every 4 weeks to get «touched up».
Dianna owns this business and has since moved from leasing a space at Salon Da Vinci to her current space which is adjacent to the Taco Bell on Meridian and into the building where there is a salon on the bottom floor and various other businesses. You can park in the tiny lot or at the Taco Bell. After you have reached the second floor, there is a little doorway which is a set of stairs leading you up to her office. She has her own space up there, just the rooms in suite 300! She has also hired a few more people to help grow and accommodate more people in her business but I prefer my Dianna. She is awesome, listens to me as she works away and before I know it I’m all done! Her prices are way too reasonable than any other place who would charge you an arm and a leg (literally). I have a hard time believing reviews like you, but trust me, I know what I know and if you need any kind of service, as she does way more than just waxing, Essential Esthetics would be the place to go!
