Had a communication issue at first which completely threw us off, as we’re moving. However, the manager called me a couple days later and made everything right and now we’re not having to stress at all! I just took off one star because of the stress for a couple days. I’m glad that they do whatever it takes to keep a customer and the way they handled our situation was very professional. At the time, they were changing policies/​procedures (as the manager put it) and that’s always good to do within any company. I just got caught up in the miscommunication :)
I’d also like to point out that I love their security system and the fact their units are insulated/​heated. Very awesome!

I love Gotta Mail It-​Located in a small plaza in Graham, WA this is where you need to go if you have to mail something quick. They are both a storage company, and also have boxes to ship, or stamps to just mail a letter. They are always friendly when I go in and I can get in and out in no time. The owner also owns most other businesses in the plaza, there you can also wash your car and grap a mocha on the corner before you hit the road.
