I called to have my front door and frame repaired after someone broke into my house. The fellow was there the next day at the appointed time and stayed until the job was completed (1pm to 7pm). He did a great job and cleaned up after he was done. And he was a very nice guy! This business charges their hourly rate for an hour of travel time per day (I assume per day, this was a one day job). I hadn’t been told this in advance and when I complained the charge was discounted from the bill. If I had known ahead of time I would have been prepared for it and not objected. Now I know. I would definitely hire them again if the length of the job justified the travel cost.
