Had a super bad experience here with getting a sandwich with stale bread. Left a message to have a call back from the manager and was never called back. Also left a message on corporates website for the owner, again no call back. Horrible customer service and will not be returning.

Great subs, my favorite so far are the hot steak and cheese ones. I don’t quite remember the number but still good. Great staff and very polite. Keep up the great product and good customer service.

Super yummy sandwich place. My favorite are the cheese steaks, with chipotle mayo. The employees are always friendly, unlike some sandwich places such as subway. This place is much better then subway and jimmy jons.

1st impression: clean is a priority which it was. The staff all were friendly and helpful. Even noticed they mentioned a regulars name and said good to see you again. The food was great and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back!

This place is amazing! Club sub was deliciously fresh, I have been craving another one everyday:) only complaint is that it is a little expensive for what you get.

I love Jersey Mike’s and this location was no exception. The staff was friendly and worked quickly to get the line of customers served. I almost always get the #43, Chipotle cheesesteak, and it was delicious as usual.

So I’m going to cheat and use the same review for the Jersey Mike’s across from the mall in Puyallup and the Jersey Mike’s in Sunrise Village. I’ve been to them both a couple of times and have gotten the same things. :) We don’t have Jersey Mike’s back in the Midwest(at least not when I lived there) and I was interested to give it a try. I will say it’s a bit more expensive than Subway, but the quality is SOOOOOO much better. We’ve gotten the Philly, Rueben, and Buffalo Chicken Wrap. All VERY good — Fresh ingredients, stuffed sandwiches, and WELL worth the price. A bit of a warning though — If you’re trying to eat somewhat healthy, Subway is the way to go. :) I got the Buffalo Chicken Wrap with grilled chicken in an effort to try to stay healthy, but that wrap is HORRIBLE calorie wise. Do I regret it? NOT… A…BIT. :)

The $ 15 sandwich we bought – yeah, a $ 15 sandwich– was good but really not worth the money. Also, I had a coupon, and the worker wouldn’t accept it because he said they had printed too many. I couldn’t believe it. It wasn’t expired, he acknowledged that it has theirs and wouldn’t honour it. The worst decision I’ve seen a business make in terms of customer loyalty consideration, as I won’t go back for a pricey Sammie to a place that wished it hasn’t made so many good offers to potential customers and took them away.

Update: I called store manager. She made it right by giving us a free combo next time we come in! Great customer service. Will keep coming to this location. Thank you to the very customer service oriented manager. Original review:(normally I love this place. Placed an order tonight at the new Puyallup store in Sunrise Village. Got home and realized she left off the tomatoes, onions and all dressing. It was strange that she missed so much.)

This place IMO ranks up with Quiznos as having a great sandwich, unlike Subway, they are not skimpy on the meats, unlike Jimmy Johns they are not bland. While my first sandwich that I liked here was the Big Khana, I have really grown to love the #9(Club Supreme) Mikes way, minus the lettuce, I always get the Giant size on Rosemary Bread, which is good for a couple days eating :) wife gets the same, minus the bacon in the Sub in a tub thing, which is basically there sandwich in a salad minus the bread, I do love the fact they have Pepsi products, and plenty of tv’s here, and of course they always have the sporting events on!(GOSEAHAWKS!) So pretty much I would HIGHLY recommend them or Quiznos, either way you will be pleased with what your getting!

Best sando’s this side of MSM or 1111. Quiznos will be gone in a matter of days, Subway better step up their game.

This place blew all the other sandwich shops away, then in the last few months, portions have decreased, the staff sheepishly admit you now get one piece of bacon and less meat, and then they increased prices. The combination is just a slap in the face to their loyal customers. The taste is good, but the value is just no longer even close. Worth half the price to shop a competitor. Definitely a shame for a quick money grab.

Today I had a crappy day, I was out running errands, super hungry, with a craving for«mikes juice» so subway would not have helped me. So I drive out of the way and fought traffic on meridian to get to this spot. Not to mention I drive an extended cap/long bed truck, imagine trying to park that there! Unfortunately my pocketbook is a little light right now, so I attempted to buy a kids turkey. Of course I was informed that that is only for 12 and under and I was clearly too old. I said I wasn’t that hungry, and of course he said I could get a mini sub.(for a dollar more minus the drink and cookie, of course). This really pissed me off because what is the big deal? I’m a customer, spending money, you would rather lose $ 5 and a future customer by not being flexible? You would have made a $ 1 less and made a customer incredibly happy and been the hero of the day, and definitely make me want to come back often with the family. Instead I never want to come to this place again. Great job guys! Made my day.

Really good subs. I had the club. I was surprised they cut different meat after different meat with out wiping off the cutter. Seems unsanitary. My gripe is when using your card you have to choose whether or not to leave a tip before completing the transaction. I said no, and he said oops, it choose a tip. Two more times he tried until I can process my transaction without leaving a tip. Really forced tip scenario here. It took two minutes to make my sub for goodness sake. They were nice, but this tip for doing your basic job at fast food restaurants has gotten way out of hand. In 37 states the minimum wage for tip workers in $ 2.13, still, right now today, but in Washington where the minimum wage is nearly $ 10 an hour, the guy who took two minutes to make a sub should get one?

East coast food with the North West charm. This is the kind of sandwich place I’ve been looking for. Super fresh ingredients, piled high toppings, bread that’s tasty but thick enough to not get soggy while eating(and that’s with olive oil and vinegar added), my bacon was super crisp the way I like it which complimented everything else on my club, and if that was all I would give this place a 3 or 4 based on cleanliness. However the staff was incredibly upbeat, friendly, polite, and I was amazed at how little I paid for the size of the sandwich I got. If you haven’t decided to eat here this far into my review than I really can’t help you, all I know is I can’t wait to go back.

Decided to give this place a try today for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall atmosphere when I walked despite being in a cramped shopping area. Their menu is easy to read and understand even for the first time visitor and the offer a selection that should appeal to every taste. I decided to have the roast beef and provalone«Mikes Way» less the tomatoes. The meet and cheese was sliced in front of me and placed on my sandwich(talk about fresh) and all of the condiments were fresh as well. I love that they serve Pepsi products here. I gave it one extra star for that alone. They are a little slower than normal because they have to cut your food rather than pull it from a bin like other places but it is very much worth the wait and the couple extra dollars spent. Staff is very friendly and upbeat. That sealed the deal for me. Thanks Jersey Mikes for a good lunch at a fair price. Don’t change a thing and I will keep coming back.

I love the sandwiches at Jerseys Mike’s! Something about a fresh sandwich with red wine vinegar and olive oil that makes your tastes buds explode with refreshing flavor! While the service may be slower than other sandwich places, such as Subway, it’s well worth the wait! These sandwiches are made with quality care and I guess you could say that’s why I come back! It’s not just thrown together, it’s art. So come hungry and come with patience! Also, you may want to carpool the parking lot is small. In the end you have a stomach full of delicious sandwich.
