I like Jimmy Johns, but this location sucks. Everytime I order from them they get the order or bill wrong. They are an embarrassment to an otherwise good chain.

We live a little less than one mile from Rogers High School, and they say they don’t deliver past Rogers! Really?!? I’ve seen their delivery cars down here! I guess they don’t want our business.

Great experience using the drive thru. Quick and easy and the staff was very nice. I’d suggest telling them light in thr ice as my soda was ¾ ice and not much soda. Also just like the rest it just seems a couple bucks too expensive but I always seem to go back. I’d probably go back more if prices were better $ 10.88 just seems on the high side for a sandwich, chips, and soda. I’d buy more often if it was aroubd $ 8-​$ 9.

So disappointed with the store on Meridian in Puyallup. Today was the 3rd time I have not received the correct order. Wrapper is marked correctly but ingredients were left off. They don’t seem to care. They don’t make their sandwiches like other locations. I’m not going to let them botch up an order again, especially since they really don’t care. (and I am 1.5 miles away and I’m too far away for delivery!!!)

Love their sandwiches but they say I am out of their delivery range (by one street) when I’m only about 14 streets away from them. I guess that’s how they keep their «super fast» delivery is by having a delivery range so small. Disappointed!

Dont get me wrong, they make a good Italian sandwich. However, the only reason they claim to have «freaky fast delivery» is because their delivery radius is ridiculous. According to google, my home is 2.5 miles from their location, and I am «too far out of their delivery zone.»
Shoot, most places could also claim to have «freaky fast delivery», if they only delivered to locations literally next door to them.

They don’t make a 12 or 16 inch sandwich. You have to buy two 8 inch sandwiches to feed a family. The sandwiches seem to be smaller in circumference than their competitors. The sliced peppers makes the Vito so much better. The bread usually has a crusty exterior, that at times cuts the roof of your mouth. I love that there isn’t any cornmeal or anything on the loaves of bread. The only thing I don’t like is when they put mayo on the sandwich and it causes the meat to slide from between the bread.

Country Club with turkey, smoked ham, provolone and lettuce, tomato, onion and some spicy Dijon mustard! Oh then a chocolate chip cookie. Easy lunch.

We just love this place, never had a bad sandwich yet and kids love there slims from here! The sizes are amazing and we usually have leftovers to eat later! Price is amazing and fast service as always with Jimmy Johns!

Theses kids are nice, keep a clean shop and get the sandwiches made right & quickly. Even the bathrooms are clean. Plus, they have a drive through. Great place.

Overpriced sandwiches for one & very small for the price. I went to the Puyallup South Hill store for an order Togo, the food was handed to me with out a bag! I’m sorry didn’t I mention the order was too go? Further more even though the bags were on the employee’s side of the counter in front of me, why couldn’t one of them put it in the bag??? Instead the jackass employee just handed me a folded bag without looking at me or putting my order in the bag! I’m not impressed with Jimmy John’s after all, anyone can make a sandwich my money will stay with the foot long Subway & they will bag it. One more thing I was one of 2 customers in the restaurant at the time. JJ you’re not the best in sandwiches or customer service in fact you have a lot to learn with both!

My Fiancé and I placed a delivery order tonight, the service was good and fast. However, when the delivery guy came to the door he said that our address is no longer in the delivery area by 1 street! This was dissapointing because we are frequent customers.

While the staff was helpful and efficient, I was blown away when I asked for some salt and pepper to add to a somewhat meager and under-​seasoned tuna sandwich — «We don’t carry salt and pepper». Seriously?! Are you under the impression that the meals you serve are ideal for every patron? Or is this a cost saving concept they hope all restaurants begin using?
The meal was OK, but nothing that a Subway or any other sub joint couldn’t match or beat. I’ll pass in the future.

I’m allergic to jalapenos and my sandwich was a custom order. Those little buggers are in there and this is very painful that I was not expecting them in my sandwich.
I order a lettuce-​wrapped club tuna with extra onions and banana peppers– you guys should call if you don’t have specific items. I had to get 3″ down munching on my sandwich just to get tuna and whoever mixed the tuna today totally displaced the tuna with too much mayo.
This is the first time they messed up my order and the poor delivery guy probably pissed that I only tip 10%
One of the store managers called me up and asked me where to send a gift card for $ 10 because they made the mistake. WOW!

I give the owner credit, she is real nice person and had a nice conversation with her after she called due to my review, she apologized for the slow service so I gave this place another try– this time the service was good and much improved, BUT that being said, the sandwich itself was bland IMO, they have no special bread like Quiznos or Subway or special sauce (Special being different) Just the Mayo and mustard.
For the price I paid on the sandwich, I thought was little high for what I;m getting, you could pretty much get the same products (The meats, bread and veggies) at Albertsons, Safeway or Fred Meyers (Or whatever grocery store you go to) and save a lot of money and get the same sandwich with same products for a lot less money.
Sorry Jimmy Johns, but if Im going out to get a sub sandwich its not going to be here, it will be either Quiznos, some other sub shop or even Subway.
