I highly recommend this store!!! Roger was positive, upbeat and sincerely helpful. They sell NEW AND SCRATCH &DENT mattresses, with GREAT prices!!! Anyone who can’t understand that, can go somewhere else and pay more & have buyers remorse!!. Thank goodness I left the «other» place and came to Mattress depot! I am going to tell everyone I know, and Facebook it, about there super awesomesauce buisness. You only have to make 1 trip for a mattress. That is at Mattress depot USA. Ask for Roger. Avoid this store!!! I have never been verbally abuse in my life until I came to shop in this store today, May 24, 2015. The manager was voicing out loud (YELLING) at me to emphasize that the mattress that I was buying was a great deal. I wouldn’t have mind that I was getting yelled at if I was alone, but my wife was with me. Also there were customers around (family w/​kids) witnessing the ordeal. How embarrassing!!! To top it off, my wife and I was kicked out for asking him not to yell at me.

Thank you to Roger once again for your help in finding yet another mattress! My family and I have returned time and time again to this store to fill all of our sleep needs. The staff, specifically Roger, is always here to help and listen to needs, and ensure that our purchase will provide many nights of restful sleep! Thanks to all :)

The dude helping me was extremely helpful by helping find a bed I would enjoy and afford at the same time. The price I paid was maybe 1/​/​4 less than the other 6 places I shopped. i can’t speak for other folks experiences here but, mine was fantastic. They put the bed on my vehicle and tied it down right. In 10 minutes I was home with my buddy who came along to get my bed in the apartment.
I’m loving my new queen size bed from Mattress Depot USA in Puyallup. From my experience all I can recommend is please take the time to visit and shop them and then form your own opinion. In my opinion their worth the shop.

Save yourself the hassle and buy somewhere else! This is not a good, honest place.
We purchased a king set that was to be delivered between 3 – 6 the next day. They did not deliver it until close to 10pm. I received no initial call telling me they would be late. In fact, when I called to inquire, at 6:30, the guy seemed more annoyed with my call and was not apologetic at all. He said he would call me right back after he talked to driver. He finally called back after 20 minutes and another phone call from me. He said the delivery guys were having truck problems and they were in route from Olympia. This continued all night for another 3 hours. I kept having to call this guy to get status and he kept giving me a line of BS. I would have cancelled the whole deal, except we had already taken apart our bed completely and carried old mattress down stairs.
When the delivery guys finally arrived, my husband asked what went wrong and they told him they just had a lot of deliveries. No truck problems!
I should have known it was shady when the sales contract was not written up per our agreement day before. And the guy rewriting the paperwork seemed annoyed with having to change it.
Today is Saturday. We got our mattress delivered Thursday night. To date, we’ve received no call trying to rectify situation or even apologize. Clearly, they don’t care.
Hopefully, this bed will work out because I do not want to deal with them ever again.

We were looking for a non-​expensive option for our young son, just a basic twin set. We had just come from mattress discounters because we did not see a price that we felt comfortable with.
We found a twin set that we and our son really liked, and for a price point that we were happy with!
It was close to closing time, but the manager on duty allowed us to go grab a bite to eat and buy bedding, he stayed open for us a half hour later and tied the mattress up to our vehicle. Great customer service!
