I recently took a print in to have framed I am very happy with the customer service I received the staff was very helpful and had a breadth of knowledge regarding art and framing in general. I walked out of the shop not only happy with the service they had quoted me at but also the price and their knowledge.

Was at their grand reopening and was very impressed with their selection, quality and overall value for some great art and amazing custom framing and restoration. New family ownership that seems very connected to Puyallup and want to continue the great traditions from the past. Would highly recommend!

The woman who owns the store is very nice, but she charges far too much for framing. She told me the price of an art print she was selling and then changed the price when I decided I wanted to have it framed elsewhere. She does not provide fair business practice and she is not customer service oriented. I love small frame and art shops and unfortunately I will not be returning.
