I went to Rue 21 in Puyallup Washington earlier today 2⁄24 and was very disappointed with the customer service. They didn’t have ANY sweatpants or joggers in small or medium at all(neither did they the last time I was there) the only size they seem to keep in stock is extra large. I was hoping I could try on a small and/or medium sweatpant of some kind so I could see how it fit before I bought the pair I wanted online. That way I wouldn’t waste money on shipping what could have potentially been the wrong size, but that was clearly not an option. So I asked if they could order a pair to the store so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced further(a reasonable request) and they told me they wouldn’t be able to help me. Weird, if I go to a store like American Eagle and they don’t have an item in my size they will gladly ship it to their store for free! It was a very unpleasant experience and I don’t think I will be returning, which is a shame because your clothes are really cute!

LOUD and CLUTTERED, yes! Bright lights and LOTS of stuff everywhere! There were definitely a few cute items but overall the place reminded me of another Papaya! And there is a reason why that place went BUH-BYE-YA! Yep, cheesy. I wrote it. But it’s true. I don’t understand the joy of shopping in places that have the music blaring. I can’t think and it makes me hate every article of clothing I’m trying to mind-dress with! The only plus is that the girl that helped me was SUPER nice and friendly. Not in an obnoxious way, which I had experienced previously — while attempting to shop here at Christmas which was a suicide attempt on my part anyhow. I didn’t catch her name, but she made the visit worth of the second start above!

Boo. Hubby and I swung in here tonight, and were violently assaulted(ok, approached) by an overly-enthusiastic employee armed with cheap perfume and a nervous smile. We politely declined, but the smell invaded my nostrils and wouldn’t leave until I did. I couldn’t even focus enough to continue to look around at the clothing, and I have a really cozy pair of leggings from there that I was hoping to find more of. I still have a headache.
