I bought two Electronics adapters for my internet did not use them never open the package so I decided to take the adapters back to Staples the packages was never open and I also have the receipt they said they cannot take the adapters back it been 3 weeks store policy 14 days I asked them what am I supposed to do with these parts they said Salem on Craigslist I am not in the retail business so I am stuck with parts that I can’t use very bad business I would never step foot in a Staples again

If Unilocal would allow me, I would’ve left zero stars for this location. Ordered some calendars, I uploaded them onto their website, and signed off on the proofs. I get a call saying they are ready, and drive 25 minutes to their location… Only to find that the counters haven’t printed upside down. I understand that mistakes happen, however the person who printed them should have realized this right off the bat. Typically when I make a mistake, or a colleague of my next mistake, I will be apologetic to the customer however that never happened. I was simply told to return in a couple hours and they should be ready by then. Three hours later, I had not gotten a courtesy phone call and having to pick up my kid from school I went in, and thankfully they were ready. Checking your work is always important, owning up to mistakes is even better, apologizing when something happens is paramount.

Best customer service. Yes, everybody want to best price, but I think after care and customer service are also important. Staple has both, good price and really good customer service. Where I live, I have to drive pass office depot and best buy to get staples but hey it’s worth it.

What a horrible store. The people couldn’t care less about being there to help anyone, much less a customer. I had a seemingly simple question about my copy card, which turned into a debacle. I was told by employee #1 he couldn’t help me and didn’t know, who then called over another employee, a plain clothes employee, only to be told she also didn’t know the answer to my question. She suggested I try and insert my debit card in the charge station to see what happens? I don’t think so.

Surprised at some the negative reviews here, never had any problems here and always have gotten friendly customer service from the employees here, even when I have used coupons. Out of all the Office type stores, I like this one the best, I like the layout here, the ease of getting in and out, and the parking is good here so have no issues with this store :)

Epitome of customer disservice. From the moment I came in the employees showed no desire to be there, only the desire to get me in and out. The uninterested staff treated me like I was trying to steal from them personally when I tried to use a coupon.

Started at the Bellevue store. Asked for a wired headset(my phone’s Bluetooth isn’t very clear) I was given a «wired» headset that just happened to still be Bluetooth. I was in a hurry didn’t check it out. Returned at Puyallup store. Since I used a gift card for part of the purchase I needed the same gift card for the return. Or I get their gift card. I wasn’t impressed to start, and I do love a girl who explains to me «credit cards are like getting a loan» huh? It’s a paid for gift card. Won’t be back

How about you change your UPS store hours online to match your actual store hours so people don’t drive there thinking they still have time when they really don’t. Doesnt matter if its on your end or UPS… GETITFIXED… Since they probably wont I’ll help everyone out. Store closes @8pm during the week 7Pm weekends.

This business is PATHETIC when it comes to customer service! Seemingly high school or young college kids behind the counters that don’t know a whole lot about a whole lot. They seem to fumble through processes and NOT ask for help from their superiors, thereby keeping the customer waiting and waiting. Case in point: I came in to have 3 simple photos blown up and printed in black and white. I waited for over an HOUR for this to be accomplished because two different girls tried sizing the photos in Publisher and couldn’t get the«program» to cooperate. Methinks this is definitely operator error. After waiting an hour or more, one of two employees offered to try again later and call me before EOB. So I went home, empty handed and waiting for their call. Of course, I didn’t receive a call. When I called today to inquire, said employee had just left. Great luck! New employee attempting to help on the phone doesn’t know how to help and says ‘Let me get my boss and see what we can do. Could you hold?’ No. I told her. Just call me back. here is my number– and I’ll be waiting. Does she call me back? NO. Store is closed now and this makes two days in a row where I was promised a follow up and received NOTHING. This project has a deadline and I am extremely unhappy at how apathetic this team seems to be. Much earlier on, the very first girl(well into an hour w/me standing at her counter!) should have flagged for help instead of continuing to try and make it work on her own. She obviously couldn’t and I wasn’t rude so she probably thought I was fine waiting. Uh, WRONG. I will never go to Staples for ‘service’(haha) or projects again even if they are the only one in Pierce County. I would give less than 1 star, if possible.

Great workers, very helpful but the customer service at this store is so unfriendly when you return the item associated with your reward. They don’t give you the flexibility so that you still can use your reward, which came from your previous purchase, toward a new purchase. When return, your reward will be a complete lost, period. Your reward is your money, when they take your money away means you’re being ripped off. Other store, like Best Buy, they can apply your reward toward a new purchase to satisfy customer, so customers are happy to come back. The customer service at this store give you NO flexibility. If you can find items that you’re looking for at other stores, stay away from this store. Their reward program is suck. Stapes try to take your reward back by not giving you enough time to look for the right stuff to use your reward. Go to the a different store!

They carry Martha Stewart’s new office supply line! I only came to check out their Martha Stewart collection and get some bulldog clips. I was looking for a specific calendar which they do carry, but it was ugly, so I passed on that. The lady who checked me out seemed nice at first and then I declined to sign up for their card and she became quite rude! She even shoved my bag into my face! NOJOKE. Aside from that horrible experience, its near Target and a few restaurants.

Ever saw that movie ‘Office Space’?! Remember that part, where they take the copy machine in the field and beat it with a bat! That’s what I feel when coming to the Copy Center in Staples. I have violent feelings toward those machines! They often jam! The business card cutter jam! Color Copier jam! Then the Black and White went out. It jam so much, I could have made sandwiches, all I need was Peanut Butter. So I ask for a ‘blue shirt’, but a manager came. He smelled like he was drinking, but as long as he could help, then I’m willing to do with his ‘death breath’ talking to me. So anyways he wasn’t no help, if it wasn’t for the Easy Tech, my day would have been ruin. I think her name was Kendra? Anyways thanks for her, I got all my copying done. Overall: fix your copiers!!! Ok service. Batter up!

They have staples! As well as other stuff. I like this place because it’s not too busy. Helpful staff and decent prices. Not as many electronics as I would like.
