Love sylvan for my daughter. She is 9 now and after only
One year of 4hrs/​week (missing a few days here and there) she jumped 1.5 grade levels in her reading! She is caught up and feeling confident in her new abilities in reading. It’s nice to have an alternative to holding her back a year in school. Definitely recommend

Since my son has begun sylvan it has been great. It has been well worth the money in every way. He had previously gone to Mathnasium, and it is a night and day difference. At sylvan the teachers are exceptional at teaching, and having a good time with the kids. It has been exceeding my previous expectations in every way. Well worth the money.

This location exceeds expectations. I am so happy I decided to bring my daughter here. She is more motivated to complete her homework now.

One of my complaints about the US Education system is the incredibly long summer breaks. [I think we’d be better off taking more frequent, shorter breaks] Kids loose a lot of what they’ve learned over the summer months, and can end up starting the next school year slightly behind in the material.
Sylvan is a great way to defeat that «learning evaporation» over the summer. Their teaching style is highly motivational, and individually tailored to each student– my 7 year-​old adores Sylvan.
During the school year, Sylvan will work with the school to perfect their tutoring and achieve the best academic outcomes.
For older students, they also have SAT Prep courses.
