Dirty, Run down, gross, and feels very small. My stroller had a hard time making it through most isles. Staff was friendly and helpful but that still doesn’t make up for the fact that this place is just a hot mess.

At toys r us time now. 12 dec 137pm. I was looking at the«Jabba’s sail barge» Lego set for my son. The standard price listed was 129.99. They then threw a «hot price» sticker around it and attempted(poorly) to cover it with a tag for 134.99. Further more if you get on the toys r us website the same set is listed for 119.99. This mark up was the most extreme that I found, but after an hour of price matching I’ve come to find that this store likes to significantly mark up its products. Even more so than what is listed on their own website. Avoid this place at all costs.

Our daughter keeps telling us to shop on line rather then go to the stores but I like — sorry — use to like — going out and having fun picking toys for the grand kids. We try and stay some what up with them but it is getting harder and so I like to rely on the help at the store for assistance. This store had no one on the floor and only two registers open with 5 + people in line. I finally went to the registers and asked if he(manager) knew where the Lego Lagavis would be. He asked if I looked in the Chima section. I said no I looked in the Lego’s since I was told it was a Lego set. So I asked where that is — he said in the loge’s. Felt like we were going around in a circle. In the old days they would automatically help — he finally went over and showed me. Sorry — to me Lego’s are blocks you put together — I was not aware there were specific sections and sub sections. They are already out of many items and it is only the 10th of Dec. We left and went over the Tacoma store — night and day. Help on the floor — patient and friendly. Is it the same chain? In summary — here they want you to go on line so they don’t have to work. Tacoma — they appreciate your business — you decide.

I will come here in a pinch to get diaper genie refills and check out toys for my son but the interior could use some serious updating. The clothing department is crazy — racks so close together you can barely get through with a cart. They NEVER have my son’s shoe size and their prices are usually a bit high. The shopping carts are GROSS — it’s like they went through a mud run and just got rinsed off. I try very hard not to use them when I have my son — even a tub of wet wipes wouldn’t clean that sucker up. Did I mention that they are gross? The employees have been friendly — checking the back for me or helping me find a particular item. One time(which put a BAD taste in my mouth), my husband and I walked in the store only to have someone yell as soon as we walked in – we’re closed. Not hello — can we find you something? We just closed up. It was rude, demonstrated poor customer service, and is a big reason why we try to shop elsewhere for items. Why weren’t your doors locked foolio if you are closed? Other than that one individual — the service has been ok – just a run down looking interior and their presentation needs updating. I can’t see Monk coming here — he would go crazy with all the germs.

This location is run down, unfriendly, poorly stocked, and I found the main aisles to be very narrow.

EXTREMELY arrogant, ignorant, lazy, un motivated workers! Plus, Management is uncaring. Waste of time! They need to change their name to Rude R Us.

Local toy store. Big toy box store with the usual stuff. Price is reasonable but the selection is limited to the usual big corporate selection. A bit hard to find any help especially anything other then the usual electronic games.
