Pack a lunch and be prepared to wait for at least a half hour, no matter what time you get there for help. The service is acceptable, but not exceptional.

Despite arriving on a busy Saturday, I was helped within 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the two Samsung phones I was considering. While I decided to hold off on my purchase, I did find this location very helpful.

The worst. Was in Sunday, it was busy was quoted 20 minutes and it took 55 Minutes fine I understand it gets busy but another employee was talking to the person checking customers in. Why couldn’t the person standing around talking to the employee checking people in help customers? He walked around the store doing nothing. Great customer service not.
