Very disappointed that I wasn’t even able to schedule an appointment here. Back in 2014 my husband missed an appointment due to issues with our insurance. Then this week, I called because I was running late to an appointment for my 2 boys and was told if I wanted both boys seen at the same time I would have to reschedule and wouldn’t be able to have a late afternoon appointment time for missing 2 appointments. I said I would take my business elsewhere. After thinking about this and feeling bad I called back today to rescheduling during a slow time for them considering I felt bad for missing an appointment(or being late). I was told basically because I had 2 children this counted as 3 total no shows and they refused to reschedule with me. Just wow! And the attitude of the staff honestly wasn’t very friendly and was rather matter of fact they didn’t want my business. Things happen, and I am one to never miss appointments. I just feel this is unfair and not the way to treat customers.
