Country Junction

Went in for a chair but had something specific in mind. The staff was nice and not pushy asking if they could help and when the time came to — they did. The one I want is on back order but they have it on alert as an ASAP if it comes in sooner. Only thing is, it will be a few weeks. Will save the extra $ 100 and pick it up myself though — delivery is nice but that is a tad high.

So went in fully ready to buy family room furniture. Credit card was ready to be used. It was Black Friday so time to buy. Found the items to buy and finally found a clerk. Yes clerk not salesperson since we were already sold on the items and price. Delivery was our concern and was checking on it. They could not meet our needs and could deliver on a Saturday four weeks away. So what gives??? Great sale but no delivery They could deliver the week prior but would mean waiting around all day for whenever they show up
Bottom line took our business elsewhere and actually bought more then planning but will be delivered in four days
Maybe they should learn that sales requires service

I’ve purchased 2 dining sets from this place over the last 5 years (only bought the 2^nd one because I needed a larger set for my house). Ashley Furniture (the brand they carry) is affordable and good quality… it’s the only dining furniture I’d consider buying anymore. They have a huge selection of tables, chairs, buffets, etc here, as well as couches, end tables, rugs, outdoor furniture, etc. It’s fun to just peruse this place, but when it comes down to purchasing, you can’t beat the deals here. I bought an 8-​person dining set (table w/​extension + 8 padded seats) for under $ 1400 (tax included). We rented their truck ($ 35 or so) to drive it home and discovered that the table had a very small issue, but we wanted a replacement. They let us take the truck for free to drive the table back, got us a replacement, and when the 2^nd table had the same defect, they came out and fixed it for free and gave me $ 50 back for the hassle. Because the defect was so small and hardly noticeable at all, I didn’t mind. But they handled it very well, so I’d give them high marks for customer service.
Definitely check this place out if you’re in the market for furniture. They deliver to a 75 mile radius, I believe. And you can always pick the stuff up yourself with a U-​Haul, or rent their truck like we did.

We had purchased two bar stools for our new home from here — one floor model that was steeply discounted, and another one new in box that took a week. I LOVED the floor model — it was perfect for our home. A week later, the new one came in and we picked it up. Once we got it home, we noticed it didn’t look quite right. Seems that Ashley Furniture (the only brand of furniture that Country Junction carries) had made some tweaks to the design and now we had two stools that did not match. I was particularly concerned because the floor model we purchased was non returnable.
So we carted both stools back to Country Junction, and much to my surprise, they were very nice about the whole thing. I don’t think it hurt that they now had in a new floor model that didn’t match EITHER of the two stools we brought in. We looked at some other stools they had, but nothing was close to the one that I loved. They generously offered to credit us for both stools, no questions asked. Legally, they didn’t have to, but I’m glad that they were honest enough to admit that mistake and take care of us.
I’m a very happy camper. We will definitely be back to browse the next time we need some new furniture. Ashley makes some great, well-​built pieces for the money, and this store understands what it means to put their customers first.
