Great little family campsite near Quakertown, PA. Stopped here for a night in Fall 2013. Stayed in basic tent site(no water, no electric) because we wanted to be far from others. The put us in a nicely secluded area that was perfect for the night. The place seemed very family friendly with activities, playgrounds, pools, and an activity center. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because the bathrooms were only located near the front offices. It would have been nice to put bathrooms at the activity center, which is half-way through the grounds.

Quiet campground, at least early in the season. Arrived mid-week. No one in office, their day off. But because we had phoned our reservation was on the front door. Their RV sites offer water and electric, but no sewer. There is a dump station, but it’s actually in front of the office building so you’ll need to dump before you go in or after you leave if you’re in for a short stay.(Long term they offer honeywagon service $) There seems to be 3 distinct sections to campground: tenters, seasonal and short-term. Roads are crushed rock /gravel, some sites are also. Tent sites are dirt, some RV sites are grass. Bathrooms are clean, but again, up at the front of the property. There is 1 portapotty at the start of the tent area, but it’s a hike. They offer 30 or 50 amp — extra $ for more amps. Great looking playground for kids. Felt it was over-priced for what we got.

nice clean campground went on Oct /2011 they had kids trick or treating that was cool. we told the owners this was our first time camping here and as we walked around the campground it was not busy and had lots of nice campsites in the campground so we were wondering why they put us way down at this end of the campground as the night came we saw we were close to a road a very noisy road that had loud cars racing there engine’s and loud motor cycles waking us up all night. so if we go back we will be sure to stay far from that road. you would think the owners would know this and make our first stay a good one.
