I got a pedicure here because I had heard there weren’t many places in the area, but that it was better than Fab 10, and it’s $ 5 less. So overall great pedi, the foot massage was awesome, the girl messed up my polish, but fixed it right away before I even noticed. I’d come again.

Ladies were extremely friendly. We were able to walk in and get a pedicure within minutes. Foot message was awesome! Will be back in the future!

Magic Nails II isn’t just nails, it’s also for hair and waxing. It’s located in a little strip mall on PA route 313 near the intersection of 309 and 313(also known as Broad St.) I don’t get my hair cut or done often. The last cut I had was year and a half ago when I chopped off 20 inches for donation. Yes yes I know I know lol horrible I know I should take better care of my hair especially if I will be donating it. But it’s hard to find anyone who can cut Asian hair well and on top of that, actually knows which style goes with which face shape. My sister has known Emily, the owner, for quite some time now. She used to even help out in the summer around the salon doing a little bit of everything. That was how I found out about Emily. My sister’s hair always come out looking great every time so I mustered up the nerve to go get my hair cut last week. Now I know I must be the worst kind of customers: no concrete idea of what I want but am also extremely picky while honestly not caring that much once I walk out the door since I figured it’ll grow back. It’s just that I’ve always had bad haircuts. Not one I ever liked, not even ONE. I sat in the chair and told Emily to do whatever she wanted… and I swear I can hear her thoughts: «oh god I hate when they say that!» Emily took her time. This wasn’t some quick 10, 20 minute haircut. She took her time, asked me a few pertinent question as in what is the absolute shortest I want for my hair, and how high did I want my layers. After making sure she knows I just want it long enough to tie up in a ponytail(because I was already sure I wouldn’t like it) — she was set to go. It’s been a week and I LOVEIT!!! Now my hair has shape and looks styled even with it hanging down. And I’m a wash and go kind of girl. I don’t even own a hairdryer… please don’t judge — I do own a brush :). My hair bounces now. BOUNCES! I didn’t know it could do that! And even when tied up, there’s some shape and texture to the ponytail that looks very cool. But I’ve mostly kept it down since I love flipping it, playing with it. People who know me are surprised because I usually keep it straight down my back(no style or shape showing in the front) or up in a ponytail or bun. I wholeheartedly recommend! One caveat: always call to make an appointment because it’s hit or miss in term of walk-ins because she has quite a following. And she doesn’t live to work, but work to live so if slow she might close up early to go home to be with her kids.
