Payless Dry Cleaners

This ripoff business gets NO stars. They advertise in their windows in huge red letters 2.49 for each garment. I took five dresses… one 2pc. suit and one summer jacket to them and was charged 44 dollars and change. They claimed the one dress cost me 15.00 because of the circular skirt. I asked that the two piece suit be pressed only and was still charged 2.49 a piece. I was charged 5.00 per piece for the remaining four dresses. When I got the 15.00 dress home I saw that the hemline had not even been pressed! I had to repress it myself. When I called at 9:15 am to say something about this there was nobody there that spoke English well enough to even understand what I was trying to tell them. This clip joint is not to be confused with the Payless Cleaners in Allentown on Lehigh St. They do a beautiful job and actually charge 2.49 per garment no matter what it is. I was so happy to see a Payless Cleaners in Quakertown as I thought I could save myself the trip to Allentown. WRONG! I will be going back to Allentown. Save yourself a headache… don’t patronize the PAYLESS CLEANERS in Quakertown, Pa.
