It’s Pizza Hut. I really don’t have a lot of demands for a chain delivery food company. The food is always hot when it gets to my door, and they allow online ordering which is awesome. Food is consistent, for better or for worse. Not the tastiest but good for a quick plan ahead, online order so it hits the house when we get home, kind of dinner.

Pizza tasted ok but had a huge bubble which killed 1 slice. The real issue was the refusal to give me paper plates and napkins unless I forked over $ 4 for a set of 6.

I would give this Pizza Hut no stars I don’t go there anymore for anything. I used to go there because the kids liked it, but after horrible experience after horrible experience I refuse.
From the food being awful and the service staff being worse.
I don’t know how they are still in business.

You lost a customer last weekend. The last time we ate here, the service was abysmal, but I hoped it was an isolated incident because my kids really like Pizza Hut. So tonight we decided to give it another go. We waited for a while and were ignored by several employees. Finally, a manager asked if we were waiting for a seat. When I said yes, she said she’d be right with us and then proceeded to return to the kitchen, take a customers check (who had come to the counter after we’d already been waiting), and further ignore us. After about ten minutes, we walked out. We won’t be back.
