Since purchasing our underground tank from the corporate gougers nearby, Dave and his employees at Progressive Propane have always given us the best service. Including a few self inflicted emergencies over the past few winters with next morning service, they’ve kept us warm. While not always the cheapest, as long as their prices are reasonably competitive, we’ll continue to order from Progressive.

They were great when we were using them, but when we moved and no longer needed their services and still had 40% left in our tank they never told us about a pick up fee and said they would credit us the remainder propane. It was convenient that it worked out to where they only had to give us a credit of $ 19. Called and spoke directly to the owner and he said they don’t do work for free, but no one ever told us about a fee.
