More smoke and mirrors with this company. I won’t get into all of the issues with how this company operates but please take my advice and spend your hard earned money elsewhere. The store manager was Kevin has been very nice but it doesn’t negate the overall experience. Even after the company damaged my own furniture I still had to put out money from my pocket because they were not «able» to do it in the system. We purchased everything Bernhardt and the quality is still no where near what you can get from a more reputable dealer at a fraction of the price. You have been warned. Keep your money in your pocket unless you want to be let down.

.I recently bought and recliner from there. Very friendly, knowledge associates and they are there to acknowledge you as you come in. They were not pushy and are willing to go the extra mile to get you what you need or want. They make you feel like you have your own personal concierge the whole time with management backing them up. They are well dress and you could easy find and associate for help. They have very reasonable prices on items, delivery, and warranties. Thank you I will be coming back

I recently had an issue with a mattress I had purchased from Raymour and Flanigan’s Quakertown, PA location. Everyone from the person who convinced me to allow a tech to visit my house to assess the problem to the manager who handled the claim was top notch.
Our claim was handled cheerfully and painlessly. The manager took the time to take us through the entire line of mattress’s, explaining the construction and benefits. We asked if it was possible to upgrade to a different mattress and it was done. The new unit was delivered the next morning. High marks all around.
