The best Italian Ices in the region/state/?. Growing up in Brooklyn I fondly remember great ices and after living all around the country and searching for great Italian ices, I had to move to Pennsylvania to find them. Only these are better than ices of old, numerous flavors and every one tried a winner.

This is probably the best water ice, yogurt and ice cream place ANYWHERE. I’ve been coming here for 15 years and when my family visits, it’s the one place they ask about. Real fruit and chocolate chips, real coconut… it’s always a treat. Shop local and support a small proprietor, because these are the people who keep our communities going. KUDOS… Fabulous place for a great summer treat~! Yay Quakertown~! nancy g.

I’ve been coming here for the majority of my childhood, and I still find myself coming back for more as I’m getting older! The price is cheap, and you get a lot of water ice, or ice cream to your liking. It’s a nice quick stop with the family for a sweet treat!

This place serves a great selection of soft ice cream. They run specials during the holidays(Pumpkin, yum2) and their is something for everyone. Ices, ice cream, floats, cones, they have it. The prices are good, and sometimes their friendly staff tops my cone with a bit extra ice cream than normal. Not to mention the benches available to sit and enjoy your ice cream. Solid spot all around.

Rosemarie’s is what I crave when the weather gets warm. I worked at Rita’s for 3 years in high school, and Rosemarie’s beats it hands down. Rosemarie’s has about a million flavors — I usually go for Strawberry Banana or Red Raspberry — and a ton of ice cream flavors… and every combination of each, from gelatos to blended soft-serve and water ice(too thick to drink through a straw, so not quite a Misto or Blendini like at Rita’s). Their sizes are quite large(overflowing from the cup), so a small usually suffices, or I get a medium and freeze my leftovers for a treat later in the week. It’s just a store-front on the sidewalk and they take cash only. But it’s totally worth it, even if there’s a wait.

This italian ice shop is now Rita’s, it’s better! Their menu is extenive with at least 20 different flavors of water ice, over 10 flavors of ice cream with both come in 4 different sizes. Their baby size is just enough for me! Next time skip ritas and come here. Their prices are way better and their ice beats rita’s by a mile.
