The facility is clean, breakfast is continental exactly what you would expect. But be aware your rooms aren’t safe nor are the secure. Be careful of the maids. We recently caught a maid 2 hands deep in my wife’s purse stealing from us. Caught red handed then she ran into a non exiting closest when she was called out twice as a theif. Why would you go into a towel closet unless your planting something or stashing something??? and then probably texting someone else to get it. Then she played the I don’t speak English game even though she was called out in English replied in English. Then magically her brain stopped working. She stole wedding gift money given by my mother in law. Sad sad day. But glad we were close enough to catch her. And we are prosecuting she was arrested and charged. Your room isn’t safe. Hide everything.

The staff here are so friendly and welcoming! We stayed the weekend, and the housekeeping staff always made sure to greet us, and say goodbye as we left. Front desk staff were lovely as well; we had booked a suite for our last night, and they made sure it was ready by the time we checked out of our regular room. In all honesty, this is probably the nicest hotel in town, and not too expensive either! Very modern, the rooms are a bit small, but feel quite spacious. We will most definitely be staying here next time we want a little weekend getaway!

Decent hotel, nice service, gym and laundry area, free breakfast and wifi. The lounge area looks modern. The check in area has complimentary cookies, candy and coffee/tea service. Rating 4 stars only because my son and I was bothered by every toilet flush, faucet and shower noises coming from our neighbors. It really sucks when you are trying to fall asleep to these pipe noises.

We have particular request and always confirm these requests before we book our room. We arrived last night and they did not have our rooms. My wife had confirmed everything our request was locked in(the quote from the hotel)! We got here and someone had gone in and unlocked our rooms and they gave our rooms to someone else. This was in the middle of a very heavy rain storm where the rain was literally coming down sideways. If we did not like it we could go out and find another room. When we approached the women that we originally confirmed our request with, she informed us that if we keep pushing our request she would have us removed from the hotel. There are no other rooms in the area(large softball tournament) we would like to leave however there is no place to go. When we walked away from this person this morning she had to yell across the hotel that room request were not guaranteed. They have no idea how to treat people. We would leave however there is no place to go.

Pros: Very modern looking and appealing, the toilet and the shower were in separate rooms, very well lit, two TVs, staff was kind and well-mannered, beds were comfortable Cons: The toilet and shower were in separate rooms, smaller room for the price, both TVs were controlled by one remote, third bed was a pull-out couch, breakfast ended early(9am), staff tried to enter room while we were sleeping to give the receipt, the shower head was nice looking but had strong pressure and streams were thin and too far apart.

Simply perfect. I was in town on business and found this place on a whim. I am a big fan of Holiday Inn Express, and they basically share a parking lot at this location, but I wanted to try something new. The hotel is actually pretty hip. The rooms are rather modern, and the lobby is really neatly decorated. Bravo to the decorators. The staff are very nice, and price is reasonable. I look forward to coming back.

The best way I can describe this hotel is like if «Trading Spaces» or one of those makeover-on-a-budget shows came in and tried to give it an upscale/modern feel, but at the end of the day it’s still your run of the mill chain hotel. The make-your-own Belgian Waffle machines have really redeemed the whole ‘complimentary breakfast’ spread, and they have that here! On the downside, there is only one elevator so you usually have a bit of a wait.

I stayed here for my cousins wedding a few weeks back. Although the hotel was clean the room was more than perfect. The problem was the staff they were rude and unhelpful. I’ve never been to a hotel that did not have any information on surrounding places. We asked if they knew the number to the country club… we could have googled it but we were right there. Any hotel has the number and pamplets to surrounding attractions that brings their guest to stay with them. We missed our shuttle to the wedding and had to drive ourselves because they didn’t have the schedule at the front desk and laughed at us. There was always this sense of «that’s not my job» with their employees. I’ve never been to a hotel where the front desk staff didn’t at lease try to help you if it was in their capasity to.

I’ve been to other SpringHill Suites and this is one of the nicest. Free hot breakfast(eggs, turkey sausage, cheese, oatmeal, etc) and decent gym(2 treadmills, elliptical, bike and weights). I never really saw any front desk staff, but the other staff I came into contact with were very nice. Room was large and comfy. Separate bath and shower rooms. Looks newly remodeled with nice tile. Microwave and fridge, with a separated working/living area. Overall, very nice!

When I’ve stayed here in the past, the front desk personnel were never at the desk when I arrived to check-in but were instead in the office talking on the phone or surfing the internet. Rest of the service staff is just as apathetic to guests’ requests; don’t be surprised when they ignore you and walk away. Language barrier wasn’t a problem, I heard the employees talking amongst themselves in unbroken English. Rooms are reasonably sized and exhibit signs of above average upkeep. Breakfast area and food selection was nice but poorly laid out. A cramped serving area and constricted seating arrangement leaves the guest feeling confined even though a significant amount of square footage is allotted to the breakfast area. For an inexplicable reason there are curtains positioned as pseudo-privacy screens, which only adds to the cramped sensation in the dining area. What was perhaps most off-putting in the breakfast area was the penchant of the guests to arrive for breakfast wearing whatever they had worn to bed the previous evening. Too bad Marriott doesn’t institute some sort of dress code in the dining area, as the guests obviously don’t have enough class or self-awareness to realize no one wants to look at oversized people wearing undersized and threadbare clothing.

Amazing rooms. Great service. I’ve added some pictures so you can judge by yourself. I wish morel Marriott hotels were like this one.

What an outstanding hotel! The front desk people were helpful, friendly, fantastic! Impeccably clean, gorgeous eco-friendly vibe(I have no idea if they really are!), restful color scheme of watery blues and greys, sage and grass greens. I might steal that color palette for my house… Not a true suite hotel, more like an efficiency apartment. This is one single room, with bed and living areas separated by an office desk with frosted glass hutch on the«living room» side of the suite, a wonderful small scale sectional sofa and 2-piece coffee table. Flat screen tv on pedestal can be rotated for view by either area. The bathroom had an unusual configuration: shower, vanity and sink behind frosted glass sliding door; WC and small sink is separate. Very well-thought. My stay was paid for on rewards, so I am unable to comment on value. Holding me back from giving 5-stars: Common areas were hot as HELL. Seriously wasteful and almost unbearable. We stayed two nights, I was never able to get our room to a comfortable temperature. Mini fridge had no freezer compartment. My freezer packs for my cooler thawed out, so I lost some food on my 5 hour drive home.
