Subway

My children and I frequently come to this subway. we looooovveeee the sandwiches but not only just that. there is an employee there by the name of Luke. He’s very professional and personable. My kids love when he’s working. He could be so busy and have the greatest smile. We told him he should be a waiter cause he has a great personality.

We stop in at this Subway at approx 230 pm on a Sunday… We had to wait to be waited on for about 5 minutes with no other customers in front of us .We ordered 4 subs the employee seem to be upset we interrupted his smoke break outside but in his defense he did wash his nicotine hands before getting to work on our subs… it took him approx 30 to 35 mins to make 4 subs (maybe longer).in the process of our subs being made the employee making it was a very large man with the ugliest personality I ever seen, actually we thought he was just released from jail. but anyways he yelled at me and my wife and 2 Children about what topping we wanted on our subs. if we weren’t so tired and hungry I would of yelled back at him but we were all starving and wanting our food plus I probably would have been knifed /​shanked by the worker. As we were checking out we finally all realized why the employee was so pissed (btw now there is a huge line behind us) it was because his 2 coworkers we in the back room watching him work the food line by himself. Though I do feel sorry for him for not having teamwork by his coworkers his demeanor is totally unexceptable… plus our buns were all hard and stale
