McDonald’s

Was very surprised by the service I got here. The staff was excellent. They delivered my food to me and when I was finished they took my trash for me. The best fast food location I have ever been to.

So I got to share this. I just rolled through there tonight to get some ice cream for the family. For myself I ordered a ice cream in a cup, no cone. So I get to the window and the woman hands me a cone. I said politely «Ma’am, I’m sorry I ordered this in a cup»
No joke, she take the cone and slaps it into a drink cup and say «here».
I haven’t thrown a dirty look like that since high school, but I was like wow you got to be kidding, but hey! It’s McDonald’s not Cold Stone.
So I’m waiting on my husband’s shake. She comes back over and hands me an ice cream in a cup and said kindly, «is this what you were looking for?» And hands me the ice cream
See. We all have bad moments and days, but truly what’s makes the difference is when we treat people right, I was about to drive away mad, but her follow up actions made it right.

They charged me $ 1.59 for water and were rude when I asked why… Can’t I get any sized drink from there for a buck? What the heck!

Friendly staff and quick with our order. The cashier made sure that all of our items were there and asked if we needed anything else (a rarity for a lot of McDonalds). This place was clean and there is a small children’s area for the kids to eat at as well.

So you know what to expect. This is one of the clean ones though, probably due to the fact that it’s only traffic is military. They’re also fast and I’ve never had an order go wrong.

Changed menu and raised all prices on the menu. They are getting slower and slower in the drive through and they are not afraid of pulling multiple cars up to save their drive through time. One of the worst run McDonald’s I have been to.

False advertisement… The picture on the drive — thru window clearly states 2 sausage egg McMuffins for $ 5.30 which is an extra value meal… and when I ordered the drive — thru lady (with dread) tells me tells me I’m reading it wrong. Yeah okay I must be stupid and observe a picture… I wish I could pic on this

This is a review of the actual site not on the quality or healthiness of the food. The staff here is exceptionally courteous and friendly, especially the morning crew!!! I don’t know how much they get paid but I hope it ain’t minimum wage! I stop by there every morning to buy breakfast for my office and it’s gotten to the point they recognize me as a regular.
During chowtime, 1130 – 1300, it gets REAL busy (actually, from about 1030 – 1300) but they have someone outside who takes your order and collects payment so the line moves quickly. I don’t know how the system works but it does.

Fast and friendly, serving greasy, delicious comfortfood!

I wasn’t sure if marines eat crap like happy meal but this joint sure gets busy mainly civie contractors on lunch break.
It’s clean and nice… nothing special.

Make sure you watch your credit card statement if you use one here. They charged the same transaction on my card three times in one day. I then had to contact my credit card company and dispute it, which isn’t something I enjoy having to take the time to do.
On the plus side, it’s been renovated and since it’s on base it’s convenient.
