Went with my husband and daughter for Thanksgiving brunch. We were greeted at the door and sat in immediately. They had several rooms open and decorated nicely. The food was plentiful and for the most part very very good. Along with turkey, stuffing green bean casserole, They had roast beef and roast and much more. There was plenty there if you wanted to enjoy breakfast. There was scrambled eggs and bacon, .waffles, pancakes, fried eggs and omelettes to order, I especially like their sausage gravy over biscuits. Plenty of hot coffee, tea, orange juice, and an entire separate room for all the desserts. The price was $ 25 Per person and I thought it was worth it.

We invited several families to join us for a Mother’s Day Brunch and it was embarrassing. The line to enter the main dining room«with a reservation» was ridiculous. The line to wait for food was ridiculous. The food was mediocre. The service was mediocre. Rotten strawberries sent me over the edge. 100% disappointed!

My lunch meal was actually good… surprisingly for officer’s club… and this is Marine Corp base! I thought devil dogs eat dirt for lunch?! I guess I can’t stereo type, now Army officer’s club is at my bottom of list for serving crap(thanks alot Ft Myer) Lunch is either from menus or buffet. I tried almost everything on buffet, I was impressed. Bourbon chicken was cooked well yet moist. Broccolis were nicely grilled. Desert wasn’t too sweet. I just thought wow, really, military base?! Prenty of parking space, but be sure to miss the rush hour. This place gets packed with officers, contractors, and even VFW alike(must’ve come from near by museum tour)

The buffet typically sucks. A menu of 3 or 4 things. Not worth the price, or the time to get there. Service on the enlisted side is much better than on the officer’s side. Not recommended as a place to spend your hard earned money.
