Fresh, creative food(not your average boring coffee house menu), friendly staff and of course very good coffees. This place is so much more than food and drinks. Like them on Facebook and look at their various social events and customer posts and you will see how much the owners care about their community.

I love the coffee, the location, and the seating. However, the high school baristas are a major negative for me. There are a few great ones, but others are very immature. As a recent graduate, I recognize some faces. I’ve had a few make fun of me while drinking a coffee and reading on my own. It completely kills the idea of me going there, despite all the pluses here. It may have been a fluke experience but I think I’ll wait to go back for a while. This place is probably best if you’re a bit older and don’t know as many younger kids in the town, or if you’re getting something to go. Many flavor options, lots of seating, and reasonable prices~!

I have eaten lunch here several times. It’s a bit pricey and parking can be challenging at times; however, the food is consistently good. Made with fresh ingredients, the sandwiches are always good. The soups are tasty as well. Friendly staff. Order at the counter and go find a seat in one of the seating options they will find you. The only bothersome thing is finding the condiments, no shakers on tables ect. Reminds me of the coffee shop on Friends.

More than just a coffee shop! Came here earlier today with my father for an impromptu lunch and was pleasantly surprised. He had a Cuban wrap, I had a panini, we both had the chicken corn chowder. The food was very tasty and the portions were more than adequate. I thought the soup could have been more bountiful with corn and chicken, but it too was flavorful. There was ample seating when we were there around 1pm with a choice of sofa, high-top tables, counter space, or a more traditional table. The staff were friendly and polite, serving our food rather than calling us to claim it. The place was clean and tidy, with a cozy atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoy the fact that this is a community space, evident by the promotions of local goings-on. The patio will be a great option in warmer weather! I’ll definitely be back, considering I live locally!

The best sandwiches and homemade soups. the desserts change daily, and I’ve tried to eat them all. Terrific staff, cozy atmosphere but they have space for larger groups. It has become a daily stop no matter what time of the day it is. It’s listed as a coffee and tea shop, which they have in many varieties. But it’s so much more than that. Highly recommended!

I work right next to the Daily Grind so I’ve had the privilege of trying almost everything on their menu, and I am very impressed with the delicious flavors, health consciousness of the menu, and friendliness of the staff. Andrew(owner) and his team have a great thing going at the Daily Grind! (They have a pretty epic«specialty lattes» menu — make sure you ask to see it if you like trying new things! Dulce de leche, Harry Potter butter beer, campfire, the list goes on…)

I have the benefit of working next door to the Daily Grind and my team eats there regularly. Chef Andrew is both creative and dedicated to quality. The portions are large for the price and the breakfast sandwiches are amazing. Also, this is a legit coffee shop. Coffee ice cubes for iced coffee, lattes, etc… Which is refreshing for the Quarryville area.

We love The Daily Grind! Great coffee, yummy drinks, and delicious baked goods! The breakfast sandwiches on house made biscuits or croissants are always a good choice. I also love ordering the Strawberry Salad– so yummy!

We had a very good experience dining here. My wife and two girls came here for breakfast and really enjoyed what was served. My breakfast sandwich was made fresh and you could taste it. Having a freshly cooked egg(not microwaved) on a sandwich makes a huge different. My daughters shared a fresh baked muffin and my wife had a sandwich as well. We also met with the owners and they were as nice and welcoming as could be. The only reason for the 4 stars is because of the seating layout of the building they are in. I know that they are new though and still working on the layout so I am sure this will be improved. I highly recommend stopping in and trying what they have to offer. You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I are are excited about this new addition to Quarryville. The Daily Grind uses La Colombe coffee, and their cappucinos and americanos are quite good. My wife especially likes their iced Cranberry Harvest tea. The Daily Grind also serves a large selection of homemade soups and sandwiches. I have tried their Italian sausage, spinach, and white bean soup; sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwich; and Honey ham and cheddar panini with bacon dijon jam — all of which were delicious. We look forward to trying their other soups and sandwiches when we are back in the area.
