Very, very pleased with the service we received. We realized bees were starting to swarm in our backyard so we called Bug Police. He came the same day and we were charged less than others had quoted. We will definitely use them again, if needed.

These guys were at my house last December to do a pigeon exclusion. They gave me a low price quote. That should have been my first clue of poor quality. They installed spikes over two of my windows. They neglected two more windows in the front of my house. Over the last few months, some of these spikes have fallen off. They installed a product called«hot foot» on one of the ledges near my front door. This is a thick gel that stays somewhat soft. When the birds land on it, it sticks to their feet and is uncomfortable. It’s intent is to discourage the birds to no longer perch in that particular area. I have found out since that the bird feathers also get stuck to this mess and are pulled out and left behind. What I was not informed about is that when the Arizona temperatures get into the hot summer temperatures, this product melts and becomes a dripping mess. My house looks like it was«tar and feathered». Another contractor has informed me that in order to remove this product I will need to have it scrubbed with a steel brush. This will likely also remove the stucco so I have that expense to look forward to. Lastly, Bug Police installed netting in some areas to keep the birds from nesting in the awnings. It was installed improperly. The birds have found a way to get into the netting. Now they’re trapped in there. I have called another contractor to fix this mess. Bug Police charged me $ 550 for a complete pigeon extraction. 90% of it needs to be replaced to be effective in actually getting rid of the pigeons. It is going to cost me over $ 1000 to fix the damage and make it right.
