I had exceptional service today at this location. They went above and beyond with help with my daughter’s iphone. In the future not only will I return to this location, but refer my friends here! Just transferred from T-Mobile to Verizon. I got myself and fiancé a iPhone 6 Plus. Then got my son an iPhone 5c cause it was better than keeping him on a prepaid Walmart phone plan. Matt helped from beginning to end to get everything set up. Very friendly and patient with me, as I’m sure I get annoying asking the same question over and over. Phone plans can get complicating with all the features. But he explained them in detail in a way I could understand. Great customer service from all the staff that was there. The girl Chris was great too. Even though I wasn’t her customer she was talkative and nice. Overall great experience.

You are only allowed to pay your bill with one method of payment, so you can’t use cash or card. You also can’t do too separate transactions to use both methods. To top it off there is a very necessary $ 3 fee for using cash? For literally using currency I am charged? What is the point of your store ?? Worst ever

The staff at this verizon wireless store are so helpful and friendly. They helped my daughter get the phone that was right for her and helped me by explaining the different plans that were available. I also had a rebate issue from an earlier transaction that they took care of with no problems. I will definately be going back to this verizon for all of my phone needs!
