Great Clips

They were friendly when you walked into the door but that was about it. I waited 45 minutes and they kept skipping over my name and when they finally called it, they rolled their eyes and acted like they were annoyed. I had 3 people in my group and they skipped over the other ones and continued down the list as if we didn’t exist. Oh and even if you are there before others they will skip over you and make you wait even longer when it isn’t necessary. They have very poor customer service and if I could give them a 0 I would!!!
Personally, I consider that extremely rude and disrespectful. It is one thing to say that there is a big list ahead of you but to deliberately ignore you is something else or deliberately skip over you after you had been there waiting for a long time and was next and they claim something else.
If you are a girl and want layers, DO NOT GO HERE to get your hair cut unless you want a horrible cut. They shredded my hair and I had to go to a different location to have it fixed. They don’t care how long you have to wait, they will treat you like you are trash. All they want is your money. I STRONGLY SUGGEST to go somewhere else. Don’t waste your money coming here!

Yes indeed it was a good hair cut Rachel knew what I wanted made me feel at ease. She also recommended a variety of ways to style my hair hands down it was a pleasant time spent thanks again.

A little disappointed. Checked in online. When I came into the salon it was busy. That’s ok, and I understand the rush, but I expected to be acknowledge. Out of all the hair stylists (there were about 6) including the person cleaning, all of them failed to say, hello, we’ll be right with you or go f* yourself. One stylist was checking her customer out and half smiled but didn’t ask «have you been helped?» She called on the next guest then went to her station. I’m wondering were the customer service is. Take the time to make your customer feel like they’re welcome.

I normally go to the barber shop where the old timers cut your hair so when my dad, who moved here last summer, suggested Great Clips, I was a little doubtful. I walk in and there was a line almost out the door. The gentleman at the counter was told 35 min for the wait. Right when he sat down he was called up for a cut. That helped my doubt diminish. I put my name in, sit down, get half way through a hand of solitaire on my phone, and was called up. Genna cut my hair. I showed her photo on my phone of what I was looking to get. We had a quick discussion about it and she got to work. All I have to say at this point is, she was awesome and friendly, did an amazing job with my hair, and when ever I need a hair cut and I’m in the area, I will go straight to the crew at Great Clips.
Good prices, good environment, friendly and talented staff, and a fun time.

I have been here twice and both times were later at night. I come here expecting to get my hair cut in a reasonable manner, this is not, nor is it intended to be a high end salon. That said, they have adequately delivered on each of my hair cuts. As with most places, they input your preferences so you don’t have to remember what you got last time and I have never had to wait. I have had two different gals cut my hair and each has been more than pleasant. I pay $ 12 for the hair cut plus tip so it’s not going to be any cheaper elsewhere. One of these days I’ll grow out my hair and then go into a trendy hair salon for that much coveted Justin Bieber Jr. hair cut, but until then, this place is fine.

$ 7 haircuts right now, hard to beat. I have had the same guy cutting my hair for the past eight years, but when he is not available I come here. Always quick, always friendly, and always a good cut. You girls are doing a great job!
