I placed an order online that I was going to pick up. I gave them more than 30 minutes to get it ready. When I arrived at the drive-through there was about five cars in front of me. The employee said that my order was ready. When I got up to the window the order was not ready. I asked him why he told me it was ready when it wasn’t, he said we’re really busy. At this point it had been over 45 minutes since I placed my order. I only spotted about two employees inside and it was after 6:00 pm. If you order it online it should be ready to go. Isn’t that the idea? Kind of annoying.

French toast is pretty amazing and the sourdough pancakes! And it’s all you can eat.

Everyday I go in they are out of their pastries it is 1:50 p.m. and this is consistent with them and they refused to increase the pastries that they sell I’m done trying to buy their pastries you’re not meeting that demand

I’m not complaining about the quality of the sandwiches but the quantity. Either the sandwiches are overpriced or the chef is stingy. I’ve had good sandwiches that filled you up more for $ 1 less at other places nearby. These days you want more bang for your buck, but Kneaders only delivers a pfffffht!

If you are the manager of this particular location, please stop training your staff to call customers«dear» and«sweetie.» It is condescending and there is a whole group of us who do not frequent your place of business because of the practice.

Went to Kneaders today in Queen Creek. I have gone here quite often without any complaints, but today the sandwich I had was on bread that was broken apart and the tuna fish was very sparse. The cleanliness of this particular restaurant was subpar. The floors were not swept and were not mopped. The ladies room had paper towels all over the garbage pail, the sink was dirty and the floors were spotted and dirty. I don’t know if management has changed but I will not be returning unless change is made.

My husband and I ordered the Reuben sandwich and were very disappointed. The sandwich had 2 wafer thin slices of pastrami. Shame on them for selling the sandwich for over 8 bucks and all it really consists of is bread. Barely any sauerkraut as well.

So I decided to drive thru this location while out doing some shopping. After reviewing the menu, I decided to go with the half classic turkey sandwich on rosemary focaccia. I must admit, it was a bit annoying that the girl on the speaker and at the window called me «Hon» at the end of every sentence; however, after receiving my sandwich, I figured she could call me whatever she wanted. As I said, I ordered a half sandwich. Instead, she told me they were giving me a whole for the same price because the bread was small. I thanked her and drove off. Now it’s time for everybody to look at the picture. That looks to me like two whole sandwiches! And to top it off, that was one of the best turkey sandwiches I’ve ever had! The rosemary focaccia really made this sandwich. I will definitely be returning… so good!

Popped in for a breakfast sandwich. Sausage egg and cheese was reasonably priced at under $ 5. At the counter they had free samples and i chose the cranberry orange poundcake. No regrets. The staff is extraordinarily nice and even brings people their coffee refill. They are even nice enough to point out the soda fountain to people who cant see the GIANT red coca cola logo. The bench seats are connected so prepare to be jighled while you eat The ambience is extraordinarily homey like visiting your spinster aunties house who reminds you to read your Bible. The piped in 50s type Christmas music was a bit over the top for me. Also, if you are dining solo the conversations around this place may drop your IQ a few points. It is like leave it to beaver meets forrest gump so BRACEYOURSELF. But… the sandwich and pastry were good.

I have been to this reataurant a number of times with the same results Let me start with the good stuff Bread is great I recommend it All employees are polite and smile Now for the rest There is close to no customer service you could be the only one at the counter and they will just walk by like you didn’t exist. Customers aren’t as important as the cookies they make Coffee I would expect would be hot fresh and plentiful, nope the last time I had to tell them they were out and today the coffee was just warm. Food is mediocre at best Make sure you gave time on your hands because there is no urgency to get food to you I only go here as a last resort

This kneaders is always disappointing. We go long periods of time in between going and each time we go we remember why we don’t. They have never gotten my order right yet. Apparently no mayo and no onions means more mayo and more onions. We were the only people there and it still took 20 minutes for them to make our order(and made it wrong). I am officially done with this place.

Excellent customer service! the employee was super friendly. I mentioned it was my first time ever coming there and she proceeded to offer me a free sample of their pumpkin bread because its now back in season. It was deliiiiiicious! they are a little pricey in my opinion but great quality food. I ordered turkey and pepper jack on sourdough and a large drink and it came out to $ 9. to me, thats a little high for a medium/average sized sandwich. Definately will come back though!

We really like Kneaders! I haven’t had a dessert there that isn’t delicious! My favorite sandwich is the turkey cranberry croissant, and my husband loves their breakfast omelette with broccoli! It does seem a bit pricey, but the food is yummy and the service is great, everyone is always very nice!

I Really like the Turkey Arichoke sandwich, I love that it is not deli turkey, its pulled roasted turkey breast. Their Hazelnut bread is delicious! Im not too crazy about their salads. Their pastries are so tempting, Ive had the apple bread pudding and it was tasty, I also had their cheesecake it was good.

Delicious and fresh moist turkey in my «Famous Turkey, Avocado, Bacon» sandwich on focaccia. I didn’t want avocado, lettuce or tomato so I asked them to hold that. I wish they would have put a little more turkey. The focaccia didn’t taste like focaccia that I am used to(I am an Italian from NY) it was kind of tasteless, but fresh bread. The Kneaders mayo was delicious! I will definitely go again and try it on another bread.

Better than Paradise but they NEED to change out all the deserts daily. Some stuff you could tell was old, which worried me on the freshness of the other items. Also, the service isn’t that great or friendly.

This area has limited options… you can’t depend on something being good twice. A salad, tiny soup, piece of bread and drink over $ 12. A Citrus Salad with two tiny pieces of orange on it??? Oranges are currently $ 1.99 for a BAG of them in a supermarket! Desserts are ok but I don’t want to eat desserts for dinner… Went with a group of friends and we collectively spent $ 80 and the«collection» of food was pitiful… better off buying something at the grocrery store. I never thought I would see a fast food place charge so much for a salad meal. Unimpressed, sad and bummed that another dud of a restaurant has arrived in QC. Remember, this is Arizona and not even close to being Beverly Hills…

I have to agree with many of the other reviews claiming this place to be over priced. So what gives? Why the 5 stars Clint??? Because, this place is better than any of the other bakery/café/sandwich places around and I typically grade on a curve on almost all reviews, a curve that is relative to the specifics of a particular biz as they relate to similar businesses and specifics. So, as far as bakery/café/sandwich, I would take this place over Paradise or Zupas any day. But they are a pretty penny.

Tons of people say the sandwiches have very little meat but I disagree. I love this place! best french dip I’ve ever had(with plenty of meat inside)! Smoothies are also great! They’re super quick with orders!

Overpriced and not worth it. Husband and I got two sandwich combos with dessert and it $ 30. Sandwiches were small and just disappointing. We don’t have many choices out here in QC, so when this opened and we saw how packed it was, w e thought it had to be amazing. But it was just disappointing. Broccoli cheddar soup had no flavor. Save the money and go make your own sandwich at home. Service was great and people were friendly. But Probably Won’t Be Back.
