AC REPAIR!!!
I manage maintenance on 8 rental homes here in the Valley. Needless to say in the last 15 years we have come across many an AC company… with all the nightmare stories to tell. I recently called RJH Mechanical @ 480−205−8250 and I still cant believe the service!!! RICK was On time (in fact waited for me :) to arrive at the property! Great professional attitude. Very clearly explained what the situation with the unit was and what needed to be done. AWESOME! No long drawn out well it could be this or we can «try» this I have received from techs in the past. This company showed up on time (that alone was amazing especially when you don’t reside at the property) the service charge was not «increased» and the unit now one week later is still running EXCELLENT!
I cant say enough about this company. This company is CUSTOMER SERVICE oriented all the way! Shannon at the office was great to speak with ! Always friendly and professional. I never felt like «another crazed homeowner» even though I did call in a panic. I will use them again on every property… and will continue to refer them. THANK YOU RICH and SHANNON… great team. OUTSTANDING company!!!

We just had RJH Mechanical to our home for a «second opinion». The first was to replace our A/​C Heating System after explaining because of it’s age it wasn’t worth repairing and more things could go wrong to include our experiencing carbon monoxide poisoning. After RJH inspected our system it was determined that there was NOTHING wrong with it… Needless to say we’ll be calling them from now on. We are older adults and we are on a fixed income. A new system would not have made for a happy holiday! Thank you RJH for being honest.

I’m a landlord done business with a dozen different AC companies. I’ve finally found some really good people to work with in RJH Mechanical. My tenant called on a Sunday, RJH called me right back same day. Typical complaint AC not blowing cold, RJH came once, had to come back and did it promptly not a week later. Stayed in great contact with me through process, I did not have to actually go the house once and that’s like gold. Solid, dependable, highly recommended.

Long story short– Our home warranty sent guys out 8 different times to fix our AC unit. On the 9^th time… I smartened up and asked for a new contractor. Home warranty company send out RJH. I am SO glad they did because Rich knew exactly what needed to be fixed and took care of everything for us. I didn’t have to call him 1 time, he didn’t drop the ball, and he actually communicated directly with my warranty company so I didn’t have to. He went above and beyond a typical contractor and knocked our service outta the park! I have recommended Rich 3 times in the past week, so glad we got the opportunity to have RJH take care of us. Rich is awesome and his team is flawless!
