Nightmare. I called and they said we didn’t need a referral so we went straight in about a possible broken arm. Then when we got there they said we needed a referral, but if we could be back at 4:40 they could see us. Drove fast to family doctor, got a referral, got back and waited… and waited… and waited with twin 2 year olds running around the lobby.
Finally close to 6pm they took us back. The technician could see I was annoyed so asked what was wrong. I vented a bit and she through down my 2 year old sons paperwork and said «I’m not doing this… I’ve had such a long day and I’m not doing this». Huh? I left with my other 2 year old and hoped she’d reconsider.
Anyways, just found out today that they called our family doctor to tell them they wouldn’t see us anymore! Agh. This is the worst place in the world. They must have a monopoly in the area and can treat patients like garbage and still make money.

While I had an issue with the person setting up my appointment on a different day than I was told, the ladies in the office made up for it and saw me the day I was told. I did have to sit for over an hour after my appointment time to be seen, but my CT scan was completed the day it needed to be. Everyone here was positive and upbeat, no complaints at all. This is the type of place I hope I do not have to come back to, but if I do, it will be this office.
