We love this Smash burger! Manager is super cool and friendly and the staff is great. Good never disappoints! Delicious! My favorite is the grilled chicken sandwiches and fried pickles. Mmmmm. Keep up the good work!

Burgers were awesome! Fries are ok if you like hair in them, but personally I don’t. Showed the manager the hair all he did is offered another fry, but kind of lost my appetite from the first batch. It seems customer service doesn’t really matter to them.

Normally good service, today we came in and received very very slow service and literally like half a shake compared to what we used to get… Very disappointed(visited feb 20 around 2pm)

Was really, really craving a good burger and my friend suggested to try this place. I didn’t really understand the ordering at first since I hadn’t been here. I just ordered a cheese burger like my friend did and was surprised that there was nothing on it; bun, cheese, patty. However, the patty had really good flavor and it wasn’t as plain as I imagined. I went back here again with my mother and her friend. I got the truffle burger and my mom and her friend both got salads. The salads were HUGE and had a lot of «stuff» on it. They said the salad was REALLY good. I didn’t try it. My burger was packed with flavor, but I would have liked more mushrooms. It was like ONE mushroom was cut up and put on my burger. The beef patty’s were tasty but it’s pretty pricey to eat here. I don’t care for their fries, but that’s a person preference to shoelace style fries.

Burgers are very average, it’s ran by high school aged kids, $ 13.00 for a normal size combo, too expense for what you get. It’s more of a teen hangout type environment. Could be better with larger portions.

Excellent burgers, amazing milkshakes and great food! The management was especially courteous and friendly. He gave us coupons for free fries next time we visit.

I’ll always give a 1 to 2 star rating with poor customer service. The food could have fallen from Heaven but with the devil serving it, no thanks. My visit was on Friday last and the only other customers in the store were already sitting at a table eating their food. I placed my order for a Chicken Smashburger and a chocolate shake. I dunno how much time before the burger is placed on the counter for serving. Not my issue here. The kid running the counter did not make my milkshake, instead, he took drain catch basins out of the floor and took them into the back to clean them out Seriously? So there’s my chicken burger sitting there, this dude comes back, then goes to the counter, taps into the computer screen that the order is completed, carefully wraps my burger into a paper bag with receipt taped to it and then? Hand it to me. The order is not, obviously, completed. He then tells me he is going to whip up my shake real quick. Yeah. Instead, the phone rings. He talks to whoever for a while and then walks back to the kitchen and hands the phone to someone else.

My new favorite burger place… I really love their food, and especially this location. The service is always excellent, the taste consistent and awesome. My husband loves to add a fried egg to his bacon burger, says it’s the best one he’s ever had(and we eat at a lot of burger places.) I mix it up a dozen ways and haven’t had a bad burger yet. Their egg buns make them better too. I tried the pretzel bun when they had it, not a fan, though great with chicken. They also offer Rudi’s gluten free buns. I never cared for shoestring fries or Rosemary in general until I had their fries. Yum. Everything is tasty! I’d like to take an American road trip just to try each states specialty burger, I’m addicted.

First time at SmashBurger. It was great! I ordered the classic with house fries. The burger was cooked fresh. It was juicy and very flavorful. The fries were quite thin, like straws and lightly covered in olive oil and rosemary. Yum. Overall it was clean and friendly. The only mis-queue was the table. It was covered with salt. A quick wipe with a napkin and it was good to go. I will be back. SmashBurger is better than the average burger. 5 stars.

Fantastic burgers but like so many burger joints now it’s a little pricey for a burger. Highly recommend the salted Caramel shake

For what Smashburger is, they do a job and they do it well. They continue to delight me every time I go in there. I’ve really only had one of their different hamburgers. But that’s because I found one that I enjoy eating all the time on the first try. I like the Arizona burger with no cheese.(I have a dairy allergy.) Each time I go in there and order my sandwich, the cashier asks me if I have an allergy and I say yes, to dairy. They quickly yell to the cooks in the back for them to change their gloves so there won’t be any cross contamination going on back there. People who have food allergies really like companies that take them seriously and take responsibility for their special order. It makes us feel like, «yeah we aren’t like those normal customers who can eat anything without problems, but our order is safe behind the counter here because they care about our personal safety.»

Smashburger is one of those places… one of those awkward«white people» places. It’s not for hipsters, and it’s not expensive enough for me to call it yuppie. It’s like Orange County. Like a burger place for people that make around 100k a year. The food is excellent and the service is so nice that it’s borderline creepy, if you know what I mean. There’s happy, and then there’s cocaine, and then one step above that is pod people happy, and then beyond that is servers at Smashburger happy. The only real problem with the place is the veggie burger. I once ordered the burger that had some sort of beans on it. Whatever, I’ll try the bean one. Sounds good. One bite and OHSHIT I ORDERED A BRICKBYACCIDENT! Nasty! You should make it obvious that it’s a veggie burger, not make it sound like a burger with beans on it. I quickly realized why the 80 pound girl at the register was so excited that I ordered it. Her smile went from 40’s propaganda to «pod people». Go here over every other burger place. It is The Best Burger Place. But do not order the burger with beans. Do not fall asleep.

Okay so here’s the deal… my son’s and I watched this place getting built with anticipation to try the very famous SmashBurger! Maybe it was the build up or maybe it was the $ 15 per person for a greasy burger and some extra greasy rosemary fries… but we weren’t all that impressed. Not 5-star impressed anyway. Especially not when there’s an In’N’Out around the corner… I know some will passionately disagree, but that’s my take on things peeps lol

Okay, I really want to give this a much better rating than I am. For service, I am giving a 5 star. They had great service, very clear, concise, quick. Got our order correct for 4 people. Got our food quickly. The place was clean and neat. The cups for the soda and water were the same exact thing, so they trust that people that didn’t order sodas wouldn’t get it. So good deal there. My husband had suggested going to In N Out, but I wanted to try another place we hadn’t gone to before. Since my first choice was Costa Vida, and they were closed, we decided to go to Smash Burger, as my son wanted to try this place out. So the atmosphere is nice and cozy with both raised tables and regular height tables, as well as tables in a bar like setting. All those things give it a 5 start. However, the food itself was not very good. I ordered the Arizona Burger, which is spicy with the Habanero and jalapenos on the burger. The burger was a bit thin and this is the regular size. I don’t think these burgers were grilled as they tasted quite greasy and the burger patty was not too tasty. I ordered fried pickles, as I’ve wondered for quite some time what this tasted like. I no longer wonder. These came with ranch dressing and the fried pickles were super salty, way saltier than I would even expect for a pickle and very greasy. So for taste, I give this meal a 2 star. My daughter got an Avocado Burger and she said she liked it a lot better than In N Out. For taste, she gives it a 4 star. My son got a Buffalo Blue Cheese Burger and he said it was yummy, but alas, way too greasy. He and my daughter shared the Haystack Onions, which really resembled very greasy version of French’s Onions. A huge disappointment. I was hoping for real onion rings. He says it’s a 4 star. My husband’s burger was a BBQ, Bacon & Cheddar burger and he said it tasted alright, but prefers In N Out. He ordered the Smashfries and they just tasted like regular fries with no hint of garlic at all. Joe’s Farm Grill makes the best garlic type fries and the Smashfries resembled nothing with garlic. And the fries were super greasy. It was like drinking grease almost is what my husband said. He is a huge fries lover and left half of his regular order of fries. My husband would give this meal a 2 star. We had 1 Coke and 3 waters. Our bill came to about $ 34 – 35 and you can earn points towards $ 100 to get free food by entering your phone number. That’s good. However, it’s not because of customer service, because that was excellent, but the food just wasn’t good. We ended up eating most of our burgers, but leaving ½ the fries, most of the fried pickles, and ½ the onion rings. And, I really hate wasting food, but it’s just a grease pit. This is now a couple hours later and both my husband and I feel like grease is still stuck in our throat. Really, Smashburger, we did want to really like you. So, we are disappointed.

Fried egg and bbq burger is the best burger for fast food. The Rosemary fries hit the spot. The kids burger is a a good size if your not starving. Make sure you fill out the survey on the receipt, it gets you a free side. That’s like $ 3.00 bucks free chris is the man there, ask for him and tell him I sent you.

As an American, I’ve had a lot of burgers in my day. I thought Five Guys had it figured out. I thought that Fuddruckers was onto something. I thought that Burger King had a vendetta against my internal organs. I was on point with the last one, but every burger I had thought of as great has been spat on, burned, buried, and called ineloquent by Smashburger. An egg bun, a perfectly cooked patty, cheddar cheese, and ketchup. With these ingredients these masters of the universe have created excellence, an edible philosopher’s stone, a food that supersedes god and man, and rests easy in it’s new eternal throne. Are the fries too thin? Perhaps, I have to eat them 4 – 5 at a time. Are the Smash Fries a bit off taste wise? Yeah, some people like them, but I wouldn’t recommend them. Do the burgers make all of that irrelevant? Yes! Yes they do, you silly literate human! Smashburger is The Godfather, the ’00 Ravens defense, the Master Of Puppets, of burgers. If you like such creations, if you enjoy enjoyment, if you have a mouth, get your face into this building right now.

So I usually am not a fan of chains, but I’ve been wanting to try this for a while. The service and the food rocked. Something that never happens has happened. My food looked like the pictures. It was good, fresh and fast. They actually walked table to table to make sure stuff was right. I’ll be back for sure

This was my first experience at a Smashburger and I was impressed! We were greeted upon entering around 2pm this afternoon. Looked over the menu and noticed you have the option of either beef or chicken for any of the burgers. I decided on the Arizona burger which was a delicious combo of habanero cheese, guacamole, jalapenos and burger on a chipolte bun, YUM. They also have sweet potato fries which is a plus in my book. My sister is on low carb plan right now and Smashburger was happy to accommodate her requests as well. She got a grilled chicken burger made protein style with a side of fried green beans and carrots, she loved both. The service was friendly and the food was great. I enjoyed the taste of my burger here much more than Five Guys which is what I would say is the most comparable to Smashburger. Overall good experience. I would definitely come back.
