I still have no complaints about this place. They no longer have the cheesy bites pizza, instead they have the fancy bread stick crust pizza with dipping sauces. You can throw those dipping sauces away, not so great. I also purchased a few of the boneless wings. These are really just crispy chicken nuggets in the sauce of your liking. They have so many sauces to choose from, maybe to hide the chicken but I can say the Honey BBQ sauce was tasty. They also had $ 1.00 special for a 2 liter of your choice. In a pinch, this place is pretty good. Would I eat this weekly, no, but I am not a pizza weekly person anyway. Sometimes you have to judge things and make food decisions on the flow of the day… can I park easy… yes, is it quick… yes, is it within my budget… yes, is the food pretty good and won’t kill me… yes, will the«G» be ok with it, yes… SOLD!

I wish i could give a 0 for this place. Its only because the customer service is probably the worst that I have ever experienced. The staff is extremely rude and disrespectful towards their customers. Avoid this place at all cost.

Nothing special about this place. The staff is very loud with there personal conversation. The use of profanity is disturbing as a customer having to listen in while your waiting for your food. But I will wait patiently for my food and keep my mouth closed. I forgot the cashier that took my order was very friendly and polite. That I had to say.

I wish there’s an option for zero star. Ordered delivery on a Sunday night. I live less than 2 miles from the store and it took them 1.5 hour to deliver. The pizza was cold and looked like it’s been made for hours. Definitely would never Oder from them again

I’ve purchased a couple of times here recently. The staff and management is pretty clueless. I ordered a pizza with bread sticks here. I went to pick up my order and noticed another customer ahead of me speaking to the manager. She noted that the manager has to pay attention to customer service more as it was lacking in the other staff that had taken her order. I’m not sure what had transpired previously. The order that I had picked up came with bread sticks that were not cut. I mentioned this to the cashier and she mentioned and I quote«they’re cut… it’s just a sh*tty cut.» Seriously? This was after I had shown her that they were not cut and that everything was still together. I asked her to have it brought back and cut if that was alright. She came back with my order and the bread sticks were still not cut. I mentioned this to her and she said«hold on I can bring this back and have it cut.» I mentioned it’s ok I’ll just take it and cut it myself. I probably should of just requested to get my money back but I had people waiting on the pizza. The staff here is pretty brain dead to be honest if they cannot handle a basic request to cut a set of bread sticks that have perforations on them. I don’t recommend this place. You’re better off going to Domino’s, Poppa John’s, or just ordering from a regular mom and pop pizza joint. If it were possible to give no stars I would. Don’t walk… run from this place and take your business elsewhere.

«Had to» come here because my young son and his cousin pleaded with me until I gave in to their requests for Pizza Hut. I should put them in timeout for that because this order & experience reminded me why I haven’t come to PH in years. I mean if you had a choice, why would you order from PH in the NYC area unless you had no other authentic pizzerias anywhere in your vicinity? If you like the taste of warm cardboard then fine but other than that… why? We checked out their deals online and the boys agreed that the $ 10 lunch box that comes with bread sticks and cinnamon sticks was what they really wanted. In all honesty, I may have been happier with some DiGiorno pizza :-/ When we arrived to pick up our order, we must’ve waited at least 3 – 4 minutes before anyone appeared from the back to greet us. Once the lady came up, all we got was«ordering or pick up?» — no smile or hellos, apologies for keeping us waiting, etc. I’m not one to bash a restaurant but coming here really was a regrettable decision. Next time, I’ll have to steer the boys elsewhere. The pizza had no taste and the only saving graces(if there were any) were that the food was ready at the time promised us and we got it home while it was still hot and«fresh».

It’s truly a shame that the one Pizza Hut I truly depend on has absolutely failed me. Having ordered from this location in Queens Village time and time again, it’s normal to have high expectations when ravenous with hunger. This afternoon, I figured I would order my regular staple: pepperoni with mushroom and a plain jalapeño pizza. Of course, the weather outside is frightful and expected somewhat of a delay but that’s OK because at the end of the rainbow there was a piping hot, bubbly cheesy Pizza Hut pizza. The pizza finally arrived; it’s sweet, delectable cheesy aroma fills the air. Upon opening the box, I gaze at the entire pie enthralled by all its glory. Much to my dismay, things are not always what they appear to be and both pizzas are totally uncooked. The cheese was not even melted and the crust was practically still raw. Immediately, I phoned up the location and requested to speak to the manager, Alicia. Upon hearing my complaints, she assured me that«…their ovens are hot…» and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. Well, I’m truly sorry for the INCONVENIENCE Alicia because you just lost a loyal, lifetime customer with your rude, unprofessional, and unapologetic attitude steaming through the phone. Highly disappointed and frustrated, I truly wasted my money ordering from here and I can ASSURE you, I will NEVER, EVER do so again.

Waited an hour for delivery… the pizza wasn’t hot. I wouldn’t even say it was warm. I actually had to heat it up in the microwave. Whoever cut the pizza obviously doesn’t care about their job. There were 8 slices varying in size. Some slices were 2x the size of others. To wait an hour for pizza that needed to be heated up isn’t convenient food.

My Friday night in spot. Their $ 20 dollar dinner box is the best! You get a little bit of everything for a good price. Depending on who you speak with on the phone you can substitute things. their food is always well cooked and always ready on time.
