This was the worst service I ever had from a trash removal service and I don’t know why I wasted my time giving them a chance. I always use Clean Out Express. They come ready to haul trash no matter how large or small they never come with less than four people. When they leave my yard is spotless, you would have never known there was a heap in waiting.
Back to the headache, I scheduled an appointment on line and reconfirmed my appointment the week before. I had high hopes, customer service was great, ease of use on the website. I figured my pile shouldn’t be more than 700. We have cleaned out the garage before and we barely every pay more than that.
I was gardening when they showed up and directed them to my yard. They were a bit hesitant to park in my driveway before they stepped out the truck so that was awkward. It felt as if they had a lot of run ins with people complaining of pricing, so if I changed my mind they could just drive off. He rattled off some pricing without really looking at the pile. Cleanout charges 500 & change per truck and then show you the scale. He said it was going to cost $ 800 plus tax, I was disappointed cause it was more than what my regular guy charges. Again, what was i thinking. NEVER EVER AGAIN! They didn’t even seem as if they were ready to work. To make matters worse it was training day and I was the test client. Ughgh. The more I type the more pissed off I get.
I had to stop what I was doing several times to see how much longer they were going to take because I had plans for the afternoon and wanted them to finish so I can hose down the yard. Unfortunately, that was a nightmare, they took forever. I had to remind them to empty the trash cans. Not only did they not empty two of them they left two bags of trash behind. The sweeping was subpar a monkey in high heels could have done better. They made a sloppy mess of dragging the items to the truck. I was picking up all sorts of remnants from the garage to the street. I not only have buyers remorse, I feel jilted by a company that looks good on paper.
Save your coins and go shopping elsewhere. I started my spring cleaning in May and got tired of staring at the pile. I should of said take a hike and called my guys. Didn’t go with my gut. At least the heap is gone and my garage is clean.

They showed up a little past the time slot. Unfortunately I soon found out that the estimate given on line was for 1 truck that is 10ft x 5 ft. They felt it would take at least 2 trucks. $ 800 per truck plus tax. They don’t pick up and remove carpeting. The site says they remove carpeting. I decided to go with another company. He is doing the job and will pickup all the carpeting and leave the house swept and ready to turn over to new buyer. The personnel were polite and helpful but too expensive for me. Website should give more information up front.

A bit deceiving but maybe my fault for not examining the website more thoroughly. I didn’t see any full-​on rates for removal and ended up paying almost $ 240 for them to haul away my one item which was a big screen rear-​projection television. Positive side was ease of online scheduling, they were prompt, very friendly workers and hopefully the TV will be properly recycled.
